Overall Experience

I am the sole carer for my wife, who suffers with mixed dementia. Carers visit 3 times a day to change her clothing and bedding as required. The carers have all been excellent especially as the patient can be quite aggressive at times. I also have a sitter in one night a week to allow me to meet up

with friends, a break which is invaluable. Without all this support I could not function.
Contact with the office for temporary changes, such as for additional or reduced support, have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Overall Experience

Meadow Care. Many thanks for the help Meadow Care gave. The carers were very, very good. They gave a listening ear and any concerns were addressed promptly. They are a good company and care about people.

Overall Experience

I don't know where to start really. The beginning is probably the best. My mother's wishes were to be cared for at home and be with my father until her last days. Meadow Home Care were instructed to care for Mother who was at the later stage of vascular dementia with possibly 2/3 months left to live.

As a family, we were very frightened of how this would work and how my father would cope with strangers coming into his home. My father also suffers from dementia. Due to the exceptional care and empathy they received from Meadow Home Care, (the ladies in the office who set everything in place) and the carers were all amazing, all worries flew out the window. When Mum was coming to the end of her life, Meadow Home Care provided night sitters and I'd like to say a huge thank you to the carer for being there with Mum and Dad when the time came at 3.10 am. She stayed with Dad until I arrived and left when the ambulance arrived. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

Overall Experience

I think everyone should know how amazing the care my dad received over the last couple of years, you should be very proud of your care team who have gone above and beyond to make sure Dad was safe and comfortable to the point that one member of staff is now classed as a member of our family and will

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Meadow Home Care Services. They have taken care of my mother for the past 12-months, and I can only give them praise. The carers are compassionate and in our experience go above and beyond to help their clients. Sadly though no fault of Meadow Care, we had to change companies.

We soo miss the girls and the management who were really helpful.

Overall Experience

We call our carers angels. They are currently giving my dad end of life care. Our angels visit us 4 times a day making dad so comfortable and fresh making his time left bearable. Our angels enable us to be family to dad and we are not stressed trying to be just carers that have no experience of doing

so. The staff in the office constantly call me checking we are ok and if we need anything else. We are also lucky enough to have night sitters which enables us to grab a few precious hours sleep so we can face the day ahead. Thank you Meadow Home Care, I will never be able to express mine and my family’s gratitude enough!
