If I could give this company zero, believe me I would do!
They do not provide anything near adequate care.
They ask what time you want them to come then completely ignore it after a few weeks, then you get told when a carer can come, with the words "you don't understand that we have to come extra to you. In my case there are no clients in my area so I have to wait until someone has time to come to me.
Care staff moral is awful which is also passed onto the client, by way of moaning, about pretty much everything but especially the office.
The office is in chaos constantly and that for the last 2 years. The manager of my branch couldn't put a knees up on at a pub, but claims to be doing well.
Their whole ideology is getting more clients, new clients equals growth but that's at the expense of the client and carers out in the field.
Stay away from anything that has Cera in it's title.

You will only regret it and get stuck with them.
