Moderncare

During this pandemic all the staff both office and care assistants have been a lifeline for my mother at times they have all been truly phenomenal and I can't thank them enough.

When mum came out of hospital, we were given a few call times from various care companies, and the one that we chose happened to be Moderncare. I have to say that we couldn't have done better. The carers are fantastic. They have all the time in the world for my mum, are very friendly and professional and good at their job. I cannot thank you all enough.

Modern Care's administrative staff and team of carers have been looking after my father since April 2018. The quality of the care has been remarkable as has the willingness for Modern Care to adapt and arrange further care as my father's needs increased and his mobility decreased. We have been supported as a family at all times and have never felt that 'business' has ever been put before 'care'. They are a professional and compassionate company who have always been at the end of the phone to help us with awake night sits, day calls and emergency cover. Now that my father has gone into permanent residential care we no longer require their services but highly recommend them to other families who want the best kind of home care for their loved ones.
