The care and support provided is excellent as always.
Thank you for your kind words, we are so pleased you are happy with the care we provide.
The carers visiting our home are always polite, dressed in uniform and wearing protective clothing. Pleasant temperament and always helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this lovely review, we appreciate the kind words! It is great to hear how well our carers are being received.
Would prefer that we had carers that came more often, not so many changes.
I am writing this review as my partner had a stroke last year and cannot write very well. She has agreed that I should write this review. We are satisfied with the carers, but the management has ignored our request to not have male carers. Last time I spoke I was told that it is not going to happen, which is very rude. The attitude of the management is very poor.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All double-handed packages are male/female carers and the package must be accepted by the service user before we commence any care. We have listened to your concerns and have discussed the matter and I am afraid that we cannot always accommodate...
Thank you to the team.
My uncle can get very confused sometimes but the carer deals with this brilliantly.
My auntie gets exhausted with his needs so this care for them both is much needed.
Thanks again.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're truly grateful for your kind words. It's great to hear that our team has shown empathy and understanding towards your uncle.
The staff are so good to him and he trusts them and likes them very much.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us a review. I will pass on your comments to the team.
The review went very well. We are satisfied with the care given. The staff are always happy to help.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review, your feedback is much appreciated.
I couldn't cope without the help! Everyone is always on time and pleasant.
Very reassuring to know our carers are coming and are only a phone call away.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review it means a lot to the team.
Friendly and caring. Professional, polite and have attention to detail. The care provided is excellent. The staff are well presented.
Thank you for taking the time out to write us such a great review.
Very good service, all staff are friendly, kind, caring and supportive. They include me in all decisions of my care. My main carer also does extra stuff that doesn't need doing in his job description but sees it needs doing and does it anyway, which helps me - so they go above and beyond for me. I feel secure and relaxed when they are here. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs extra help in their day to day living.
Thank you for the recommendation, we really do appreciate all the kind words and try our best to continue to go above and beyond.
I have nothing but praise for the staff at Alexandras Community Care St Austell, they are always helpful and cheerful.
Thank you for taking the time to write us such a lovely review.
The care provided by Westcountry Home Care has been good. 2020 has been a particularly difficult year but the team has endeavoured to fulfil the rota at the agreed times. As a result, there has been several changes in staff and new recruits which has, on some occasions, caused confusion to Mum when trying to explain what is required, even though the daily notes are available. Many thanks for providing a kindly, friendly service.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review; we really appreciate your kind words in such a difficult year.
