This organisation failed to provide adequate cooking provision as promised., failed to support thieir carers with necessary skills, and like a previous comment kept sending males when asked not to. We would not and cannot recommend them.

Our daughter has a severe learning disability and autism and requires care 24/7. Her care has to be with just the right people. We have only been with Alexandra's community care a few months, but they have been excellent, and so reliable. They are also very easy to contact.

Thank you all so much for stepping up each time we needed extra input from 3 x day care to, over night care then 24 hour and now live in care. Muzi and Shelly the 2 live in carers my mother has had have been really lovely and resourceful, using their inititiative to resolve issues that have cropped up, and they have liaised with us at every step along the way. It has greatly relieved a lot of the stress and worry we've had had about my mother and we have peace of mind that she is being well looked after and is much safer. Thank you again

What a great company Alexandra care are, and your Carers are wonderful, I couldn't ask for better care., so pleased I have them,, they all give high standard care with a friendly smile and leave things as they fine them. The management is also vey accommodating and always helpful when called upon.

Always really help and very supportive. Easy to contact and they stay In touch with me constantly. They are all very professional. All the staff are super friendly and really look after mum. I find that the carers are easy to talk through ideas with and are always very chatty with mum.

I have had excellent care from all carers who have visited to complete my care. They always introduce themselves and attend to my every need. I would recommend these carers to anyone who requires a package of care.

I'm visiting my elderly relative for a couple of days and have met some of the staff. We have been using the services for 6 weeks now. The staff are lovely and kind. They are meeting resistance in these early days, though but keep smiling and do everything they can. We are satisfied overall with the service and communications received.

An emergency situated my needing immediate care for my disabled husband. This company responded with twice daily care immediately. Everyone who came was punctual and extremely competent. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if necessary.

Alexandra's have looked after my brother for approximately a year. The carers have all been professional, kind, caring and cheerful, it is good to hear my brother laughing with them. They treat him with dignity. The office staff have been very helpful and well organised, nothing is too much trouble. I am very satisfied with Alexandra's care and feel my brother is in safe hands.
