Their offices work extensively with the NHS to provide specialist care for advanced and complex conditions, for example, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Injuries.
They can also provide companionship and have also been able to support clients in their different daily settings such as in the workplace and community activities. In-home services have recently been extend to include hairdressing, and hand & foot care as well as live-in care for a full time solution

We have been very pleased with the live-in care provided for my 96-year-old father. Everyone we have dealt with has been kind, professional, reliable and genuinely concerned for his wellbeing. The carers have treated him with patience, dignity and respect, while also providing the practical help and companionship he needs each day. Communication with the agency has been excellent, and any questions or concerns have been handled promptly and helpfully. Knowing that my father is safe, comfortable and well supported has given us enormous peace of mind. I would happily recommend this agency to anyone seeking dependable, compassionate live-in care.

Overall appalling. Despite multiple 'feedback' requests for improvement to management and help to the Carers, the same mistakes occurred. Over a year, the service has left us frustrated and deeply disappointed. Although the personal care Mum recieved was good, and the Carers were all very kind; their lack of full training and ability to improve has let them down.
This organisation failed to provide adequate cooking provision as promised., failed to support thieir carers with necessary skills, and like a previous comment kept sending males when asked not to. We would not and cannot recommend them.

We take concerns about consistency and training seriously. Any issues raised with us were escalated through our formal complaints process and reviewed at team level, and the areas where improvements were required were shared with the whole team. On staffing, we always aim to accommodate preferences wherever possible, and we did work to minimise this where we could within the constraints of the care package.
We're sorry the overall experience didn't meet your expectations, and we wish you and your Mum all the very best going forward.

Thank you all so much for stepping up each time we needed extra input from 3 x day care to, over night care then 24 hour and now live in care. Muzi and Shelly the 2 live in carers my mother has had have been really lovely and resourceful, using their inititiative to resolve issues that have cropped up, and they have liaised with us at every step along the way. It has greatly relieved a lot of the stress and worry we've had had about my mother and we have peace of mind that she is being well looked after and is much safer. Thank you again

Carers arrive on time and are friendly, they chat with my mother and make her feel comfortable. They are well trained and shows their dedication for the job.

Always really help and very supportive. Easy to contact and they stay In touch with me constantly. They are all very professional. All the staff are super friendly and really look after mum. I find that the carers are easy to talk through ideas with and are always very chatty with mum.

Excellent service. My mother had regular hourly care until an accident meant care had to be increased to 3x 1hr daily. This was arranged but phone call and within 30 minutes. When care had to be stopped due to hospital admission again - easy.

An emergency situated my needing immediate care for my disabled husband. This company responded with twice daily care immediately. Everyone who came was punctual and extremely competent. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if necessary.
