Overall Experience
I had the fortunate experience of contracting NursePlus to organise a live-in carer for my Father-in-law from March 2024 to April 25.

During this time, the quality of care my Father-in-law received remained consistantly excellent. The initial care plan devised was detailed, clear to follow and reflected my Father-in-law's every needs, and was reviewed and changed when needed. The live-in carer provided was caring, conscientious, reliable and well trained.Through this time, both the family, and the live-in carer, were very well supported by NursePlus to ensure a very efficient, professional service was provided at all times. In addition, on the occasions our carer took breaks, great care was taken to help us choose a suitable relief carer. In conclusion, the good service Nurse Plus provided gave us as a family, great peace of mind over this last year - thank you to all!

Very happy with service provided. Recruitment Consultant easily contactable for any changes, and very helpful. Carer punctual and friendly. She has worked hard to be accepted by my mother, who with Alzheimer’s does not like change. She carries out all required duties with a smile and gentle manner. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Punctual, caring and reliable.

Nurse Plus was used to provide overnight care for my father who has dementia. The communication was very good from the managers, and the nurse staff were experienced and highly competent!

Nurse Plus have been very kind and caring to my mother and my aunt. They have been as flexible as possible to try and accommodate their clients, my mother and my aunt, my mother goes to church every Sunday and they have managed to schedule visits before I take my mum likewise my aunt. They have managed to schedule a realistic bedtime at 9:15pm. Well done to Nurse Plus.

The carers are excellent. They are very good. They first looked after my husband for over two years and when he passed away, they now looked after me. They are so friendly and always make time to sit and chat to me. I am so relieved they come to me. I have even recommended Nurse Plus to friends.

Happy with the carers, they have been brilliant and very helpful. I wouldn't have got going again without my carers and physiotherapists.
