Since having Natasha, a nurseplus carer, my mum is so much happier. The carer is excellent, puntual and always in uniform. We get a weekly agenda so we know exactly what days and time she comes. Nurseplus reviews the care throughout the year to make sure my mums needs are being met and that is happy with the current careplan.

NursePlus are a great care company for my daughter, all staff including manager, clinical lead and carers have been so understanding and supportive. We have had a few issues finding the right carers at first but we have now solved that and I'm so glad we have some amazing carers for my daughter. The office staff make sure everything is up to date with regards to care plans and check in which I'm grateful for. I am happy that the carers take there time to get to know my daughter and her complex needs.

We have been so impressed by the level of care and compassion shown to mum in the last few weeks. This makes this difficult time for us as a family a little easier to deal with.

Our home care providers go above and beyond to care for our son so he can attend school and his needs be met. We are very thankful for them and the rapport they have built to ensure our son is happy and comfortable.

All staff involved in supporting my client to get home following a long stint in a care home has been excellent. The care coordinator has worked tirelessly to get things in place, and is still doing so! The nursing and care staff are absolutely lovely and it is good to work with a team of people who all want the best for the client. Communication is key to working together and having people who respond and act to emails, phone calls and meetings is very encouraging and produces positive outcomes.

I have to say NursePlus are fantastic, from the office staff through to the carers. Nothing is too much trouble, mum loves the carers and they brighten up her day with each visit. I know from working in the Care Industry how difficult it can be to manage and run a care company, but the problems that the industry experiences (different carers, late visits, short visits) haven't existed for us at NursePlus and the office staff always ensure great continuity and care for the staff and their clients. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of them - having NursePlus helps mum but also helps me as I know she is well looked after and they phone me as soon as they have any concerns or want to discuss something. Verry helpfill and nice staff at work with us at my home and at the office as they do nice cofe morning at the office and do lots for us and helpful us with our social workers and the staff hellp us go out to get out shopping and verry helpful and the are nice to us I love all st the office and all the staff at my home they have perspective for us for us and have our well being at hart the staff at the office and at home

Nurseplus have been involved in improving the quality of life of my sister for the last few months. My sister has physical disabilities and always wanted to be independent but as age has caught up with her she recognised she needs help with showering etc. Nurseplus have been wonderful. The staff are friendly and professional and do an amazing job and they really care about their clients. As far as my family are concerned, they are life changers.
