Nurseplus is a very caring company. They were appointed by the crisis care team to help and care for my mum after her fall. Their kindness and loving care that they have shown my mum has been outstanding, and always done with a smile.

She makes sure all my needs are met to improve my quality of life and live in my own home.

Excellent service and lovely ladies all round. Friendly and professional. Listen to your needs and take your concerns regarding your health on board. Communication and reliability is fantastic and have not let me down.

NursePlus provided end of life care for my grandad, the carers were amazing and made the whole journey so much easier, the entire journey was amazing from start to finish, the assessment was booked in for the same day they received the referral and care started the next day. My grandad had is favourite carers and he was lucky enough to have them by his side in his final breath. Watching my grandad really 'belly laugh' with the carers was an honour to witness. Nurseplus supplied a wonderful person to look after our father at home. Binod was attentive without being overly fussy, he was calm and extremely capable and our father enjoyed his company. The office staff were always on hand if we had a question. All in all a great and professional service.

All carers that came were very helpful, but the times they arrived was not consistent with the rotas, some times were very early and mum was still eating her breakfast.

Since having Natasha, a nurseplus carer, my mum is so much happier. The carer is excellent, puntual and always in uniform. We get a weekly agenda so we know exactly what days and time she comes. Nurseplus reviews the care throughout the year to make sure my mums needs are being met and that is happy with the current careplan.

NursePlus are a great care company for my daughter, all staff including manager, clinical lead and carers have been so understanding and supportive. We have had a few issues finding the right carers at first but we have now solved that and I'm so glad we have some amazing carers for my daughter. The office staff make sure everything is up to date with regards to care plans and check in which I'm grateful for. I am happy that the carers take there time to get to know my daughter and her complex needs.

We have been so impressed by the level of care and compassion shown to mum in the last few weeks. This makes this difficult time for us as a family a little easier to deal with.
