Overall, the care provided in positive mums regular carers are kind and respectful. On a negative point the timings of mums visits often don't match her rota, with mum being diabetic it would be helpful if they could be over a meal time.

All staff that have dealt with me have been treated me with dignity all been very nice and helpful I would prefer early nothing as I take a lot of medication and then would prefer after 5pm.

Overall, I am very happy with support with this company. All the girl are very supportive with any personal issue I may tell them about.
And the office will always try to change my times or day if I need to go to hospital etc.

Most of the carers go above and beyond, it has been frustrating lately with the company being short-staffed and my visit times being changed at short notice. Some of the newer carers don't seem to have checked my care plan, some of my jobs don't get done and I don't like to ask them. I am generally

After a fall, the crisis team set up carers to support Mum. Mu's mum is 92, has never had any carers before, and suffers from dementia. All the carers and support team have been marvellous, such empathy and compassion. I would have never been able to cope without them. Well done, Nurseplus.

I am happy with the carers that come and see to me; mornings for my wash and dinner-times for helping me to the commode and back to bed and breaking the day up with a nice conversation. One downfall is if my rota is changed by the office staff, or if I haven't received my rota for the next week, I don't
get notified by the office staff and it does not help me in the morning, as I have to work my breakfast and tablets around the carers coming. If I don't know when they are coming, when can I have my breakfast?

All staff continue to deliver a top-class service to my mum and dad, despite a lot of challenges along the way. As next of kin, I am always kept informed of any problems and staff go beyond their duties with a few personal touches for my parents. By far the best care company we have had in place.
