Every single one of your carers were superb. They were respectful of both my husband and my needs. My husband was treated with patience, respect and dignity and we were able to speak freely with all of them. Our questions were answered fully or they found the answers for us.

Overall, the care provided in positive mums regular carers are kind and respectful. On a negative point the timings of mums visits often don't match her rota, with mum being diabetic it would be helpful if they could be over a meal time.

Most of the carers go above and beyond, it has been frustrating lately with the company being short-staffed and my visit times being changed at short notice. Some of the newer carers don't seem to have checked my care plan, some of my jobs don't get done and I don't like to ask them. I am generally very pleased with all the care I receive.

After a fall, the crisis team set up carers to support Mum. Mu's mum is 92, has never had any carers before, and suffers from dementia. All the carers and support team have been marvellous, such empathy and compassion. I would have never been able to cope without them. Well done, Nurseplus.

I have worked in the care industry for over 18 years. I started my journey as a carer and worked my way up to being a Registered Branch Manager. I find my job very fulfilling and rewarding helping to put smiles on people’s faces. I am just about to finish my Level 5 diploma in Team Management.
