Every single one of your carers were superb. They were respectful of both my husband and my needs. My husband was treated with patience, respect and dignity and we were able to speak freely with all of them. Our questions were answered fully or they found the answers for us.

Such an amazing team they were full of care and support for all my late mothers needs and to support me as well.
We had a team coming in 4 times a day each member had a generous character we loved seeing each and every one of them.

Overall, the care provided in positive mums regular carers are kind and respectful. On a negative point the timings of mums visits often don't match her rota, with mum being diabetic it would be helpful if they could be over a meal time.

Overall Experience

All staff that have dealt with me have been treated me with dignity all been very nice and helpful I would prefer early nothing as I take a lot of medication and then would prefer after 5pm.

Overall, I am very happy with support with this company. All the girl are very supportive with any personal issue I may tell them about.
And the office will always try to change my times or day if I need to go to hospital etc.

Overall Experience

Most of the carers go above and beyond, it has been frustrating lately with the company being short-staffed and my visit times being changed at short notice. Some of the newer carers don't seem to have checked my care plan, some of my jobs don't get done and I don't like to ask them. I am generally very pleased with all the care I receive.

After a fall, the crisis team set up carers to support Mum. Mu's mum is 92, has never had any carers before, and suffers from dementia. All the carers and support team have been marvellous, such empathy and compassion. I would have never been able to cope without them. Well done, Nurseplus.
