I have found Nurse Plus staff very friendly and have dealt with any problems efficiently. I also found the carers very helpful and understanding of my needs and with dignity.
I have been a service user with Nurse Plus for several year's all the carers I have seen have always been polite caring and made a difference to my life.
Agency very proficient and very caring agency together with carers, who are all very responsive to my wife's requirements. All queries and requests are dealt with quickly and effectively. They take personal interest in my wife's welfare and concerns are fed back to a Parkinson's specialist nurse for evaluation in future needs where immediate concerns emanate from visits where health requires medical attention. GP surgery is informed for home visits. Extremely satisfied with support provision. Greatly appreciated.

I have worked in the care industry for over 18 years. I started my journey as a carer and worked my way up to being a Registered Branch Manager. I find my job very fulfilling and rewarding helping to put smiles on people’s faces. I am just about to finish my Level 5 diploma in Team Management.
