I am happy with the carers that come and see to me; mornings for my wash and dinner-times for helping me to the commode and back to bed and breaking the day up with a nice conversation. One downfall is if my rota is changed by the office staff, or if I haven't received my rota for the next week, I don't get notified by the office staff and it does not help me in the morning, as I have to work my breakfast and tablets around the carers coming. If I don't know when they are coming, when can I have my breakfast?
I am very happy with the care given by Nurseplus. I have recently joined and the care given is second to none. All the carers that come are of a high standard, very friendly and well trained. Thank you.
All staff continue to deliver a top-class service to my mum and dad, despite a lot of challenges along the way. As next of kin, I am always kept informed of any problems and staff go beyond their duties with a few personal touches for my parents. By far the best care company we have had in place.
Overall very satisfied, especially my regular girls.
Excellent service would recommend. Respectful and caring.
Carers are cheerful and very conscious of my needs. Very, very good.
Nurseplus carers are all trained to a high standard, very reliable and friendly.
Excellent service providers. Always put mum first. Trustworthy and reliable.
In general, I am looked after well. Home carers are better than others.
I cannot be better helped than I am, as for myself I could not be looked after better.
The only concern is some very good carers have left as their hours are either insufficient or too much!
Mum has had carers from Nurse Plus visiting her for more than three years. All the Nurse Plus carers are friendly, helpful and above all kind. Mum values their company and conversation as much as their practical help. She looks forward to their visits very much. I would highly recommend Nurse Plus Care to anyone with a relative needing care, It is so reassuring o know mum is in such good hands.
Excellent care. Seems to be a great change in staff. I assume the problem in the whole care industry.
My three carers are very kind indeed. Very reliable and punctual. Through all these difficult times, they have never let me down. Lovely to see them in the morning. Full marks!
My mother is suffering from dementia. The whole experience has been incredibly distressing, however since Nurseplus Care at home (Plymouth) have been on board with the care and support they provide for Mum, things have been made so much easier. My Mum loves the carers and looks forward to their visits. They treat my Mum with care and support her with the utmost dignity and kindness. I would thoroughly recommend Nurseplus
Very pleased with all carers- very caring and helpful with all requests. Office staff are very efficient.
Since I have been using Nurseplus, it gives me the confidence to live independently as well as some company each day. Even though my family do what they can, I do need their services. I have found the staff to be very good.
Having cared for Mum for so long on my own, it was difficult to accept help and support. Nurseplus made it easy for me to adjust to the change and letting someone I didn't know help me with my caring role. They were professional with a friendly attitude. I couldn't have kept Mum at home without their help and support.
All carers are very friendly, caring and willing to help me showering and dressing.
I have nothing but good to say about Nurseplus. Always so kind and friendly. They certainly make life better for me.
