Nurseplus Care at home Dover

I have to say NursePlus are fantastic, from the office staff through to the carers. Nothing is too much trouble, mum loves the carers and they brighten up her day with each visit. I know from working in the Care Industry how difficult it can be to manage and run a care company, but the problems that the industry experiences (different carers, late visits, short visits) haven't existed for us at NursePlus and the office staff always ensure great continuity and care for the staff and their clients. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of them - having NursePlus helps mum but also helps me as I know she is well looked after and they phone me as soon as they have any concerns or want to discuss something. The team should be very proud of themselves for the great work they do, day in day out. Big thanks

Verry helpfill and nice staff at work with us at my home and at the office as they do nice cofe morning at the office and do lots for us and helpful us with our social workers and the staff hellp us go out to get out shopping and verry helpful and the are nice to us I love all st the office and all the staff at my home they have perspective for us for us and have our well being at hart the staff at the office and at home

Nurseplus have been involved in improving the quality of life of my sister for the last few months. My sister has physical disabilities and always wanted to be independent but as age has caught up with her she recognised she needs help with showering etc. Nurseplus have been wonderful. The staff are friendly and professional and do an amazing job and they really care about their clients. As far as my family are concerned, they are life changers.

They are always courteous over the phone, quick to resolve any queries and will supply the carer suited to your requirements. We have a wonderful carer from Nurseplus, who my son adores. She has become a great asset to the rest of our team of carers and we couldn't survive without her. I have already recommended this agency to others and believe me, we have used many care agencies over the years.

Nurseplus Care, have been looking after mum for some time now. She is very happy with the care that she gets from all the staff. Her needs are met, and if anything needs to be changed, Nurseplus are there at the end of the phone. This also supports mum and myself (the daughter).

I am pleased with how my care has been given, even at times the staff have been short. It has not been easy for the person who does the rotas, especially when I am someone who only has female carers. My needs are always met. Glad to see they always wear personal protective equipment.

Carers Mum gets are very caring, they always treat her with respect, they reassure her at all times. She is forgetful due to her dementia and comes across angry at times. They say they understand and that they know it is the dementia and not her. She has started having falls. The carer makes sure she is safe when they leave her call and everything is at hand. Thank you all at Nurseplus for the support and for really caring.

Nurseplus Care at Home provided care for my dad, the company took over from the care providers who were assigned to my dad but gave him very poor quality of care. We only had Nurseplus for a short period as my dad's condition worsened and he had to be taken to a hospice. But the care we received from Nurseplus was amazing, the carers were all friendly and knowledgeable, who went above and beyond to do all they could to aid and make him comfortable. Management was professional and efficient in making sure he got the best care.
