I have to say NursePlus are fantastic, from the office staff through to the carers. Nothing is too much trouble, mum loves the carers and they brighten up her day with each visit. I know from working in the Care Industry how difficult it can be to manage and run a care company, but the problems that the industry experiences (different carers, late visits, short visits) haven't existed for us at NursePlus and the office staff always ensure great continuity and care for the staff and their clients. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of them - having NursePlus helps mum but also helps me as I know she is well looked after and they phone me as soon as they have any concerns or want to discuss something. Nurseplus have been involved in improving the quality of life of my sister for the last few months. My sister has physical disabilities and always wanted to be independent but as age has caught up with her she recognised she needs help with showering etc. Nurseplus have been wonderful. They are always courteous over the phone, quick to resolve any queries and will supply the carer suited to your requirements. We have a wonderful carer from Nurseplus, who my son adores. The admin, billing and organisation are excellent and everything runs really smoothly. When we need to make last-minute changes they always work hard to accommodate our needs and they try and flexibly work around us.

Carers Mum gets are very caring, they always treat her with respect, they reassure her at all times. She is forgetful due to her dementia and comes across angry at times. They say they understand and that they know it is the dementia and not her. She has started having falls. The carer makes sure she is safe when they leave her call and everything is at hand. Nurseplus Care at Home provided care for my dad, the company took over from the care providers who were assigned to my dad but gave him very poor quality of care. We only had Nurseplus for a short period as my dad's condition worsened and he had to be taken to a hospice. But the care we received from Nurseplus was amazing, the carers were all friendly and knowledgeable, who went above and beyond to do all they could to aid and make him comfortable. Management was professional and efficient in making sure he got the best care.

Meet the Team (5)
I have been in the care since 2015 and I knew I wanted it to me be career path. I love helping people and I get such a rewarding feeling from doing just my job. It’s a privilege to be allowed to care and support for people and have such an impact in there lives. I joined Nurseplus In 2021 as a field care supervisor and got promoted to Branch manager and most recently Registered Manager.
My professional background isn't with care, but I have years of people engagement as a manager and have a certified HR background.
Since I joined the care world, I have enjoyed so much being able to help people and find it very self-rewarding.
I joined the office as a care coordinator and whilst it can be challenging at times, I find it very enjoyable. I am very much looking forward to the future and playing an active part in helping Nurseplus enable more people to live independently at home.
I started with Nurseplus in 2022, prior to this I worked in care for over 30 years but in residential settings. I have worked from domestic to management and completed many courses and NVQs during this time. Since starting with Nurseplus it has been lovely getting to know our clients and expanding my knowledge of homecare.
Since joining Nurseplus care at home, I have worked as an Admin Assistant, Recruitment consultant and care coordinator, which is my current role. I have also spent time doing field care work. I love my job and find it very satisfying, I enjoy the challenge it brings alongside the rewarding part of my role being able to help people and make a difference.
I have been in the care sector since 2015 and have loved every minute of it. Caring for and making a difference in people’s lives is the most satisfying feeling, I joined Nurseplus in June 2023 as a carer and recently became a field care supervisor. I find my job very rewarding as being able to meet new people and being able to make a difference in their lives is something that is very special to me and makes me do the job that I do.
