Nurseplus have supplied care and support to my uncle in Dover for nearly two years. At present, he has fantastic carers who he has created a good bond with and is familiar and comfortable with. He knows them all by name and looks forward to them coming to his home to support him.
When I have had issues
or concerns, I have been able to discuss them with the managers at the Dover branch and they have resolved all issues and communicated the outcomes with myself.
I am extremely happy with Nurseplus and my uncle's carers that care for him on his scheduled visits and sleep in carers.
The carers are professional, wear PPE and respect my uncle, his choices and his home. My uncle has improved in many ways and his well-being gives me confidence with Nurseplus.

Nurseplus provided us with a dependable, and predictable professional care package for our father at the end period of his life which took some of the pressure off us and his family, allowing us to enjoy the remaining quality time we had with him. The lady reviewer was very pleasant and caring. She took the time to listen to my points of view. She made a few changes as the first review I had was not correct in all areas. However, things are still not entirely correct as I am not a sit-in service client. My carer is needed as a shopping service.
Please can this be rectified.

All carers have been very helpful, considerate and pleasant company whilst doing their job. The only problem is when carers call in sick, I was hardly ever contacted about the change and was left waiting, in this cold weather for us tp two house on two occasions before I was dressed.

I joined Nurseplus In 2021 as a field care supervisor and got promoted to Branch manager and most recently Registered Manager.
