The carers are all really helpful. I would not be able to stay in my home without their help and support. It would be good if the timing could be a little better for my insulin. Thank you all.

Excellent, very good and kind people.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback on our home care services with others. Our team will be delighted to hear that you have acknowledged their kindness and courtesy, as these qualities are integral to our practices and the quality of care we like to offer.
Generally, staff are good, but they can be late. I am not always informed if someone isn't coming or has been changed for another staff member. The staff do what time allows and to the best of their ability, but pressure of time means that tasks aren't always done to the level I would hope. The girls are nice and clearly work hard.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and want to acknowledge your concerns about staff punctuality and communication. We're actively improving our practices and will keep you informed of any changes we make in this area. Despite the time constraints that can sometimes pose...
When I have had issues or concerns, I have been able to discuss them with the managers at the Dover branch and they have resolved all issues and communicated the outcomes with myself.
I am extremely happy with Nurseplus and my uncle's carers that care for him on his scheduled visits and sleep in carers.
The carers are professional, wear PPE and respect my uncle, his choices and his home. My uncle has improved in many ways and his well-being gives me confidence with Nurseplus.
Nurseplus provided us with a dependable, and predictable professional care package for our father at the end period of his life which took some of the pressure off us and his family, allowing us to enjoy the remaining quality time we had with him. We were so impressed with everyone we had contact with at Nurseplus, from management to carers all were so very kind and genuinely caring while remaining highly professional, capable and knowledgeable.
Thank you for this lovely review, we are so glad to have been able to help at such a difficult time for you and your family.
Only needing care with washing and dressing an hour a week. Staff have been friendly and service very good. Would recommend.
Everyone very helpful.
I have enjoyed having the same person; she is very thorough. She does anything I ask. Very happy, always polite and helpful.
The lady reviewer was very pleasant and caring. She took the time to listen to my points of view. She made a few changes as the first review I had was not correct in all areas. However, things are still not entirely correct as I am not a sit-in service client. My carer is needed as a shopping service. Please can this be rectified.
Hi Clive, thank you for your lovely review! We're sorry that things aren't quite right for you; the team will be in touch shortly to rectify the issues you have.
The staff have treated me (the client) with respect and dignity.
The management of the company are very understanding.
My overall experience and help have been excellent indeed.
I recommend Nurseplus to anyone looking for care now and in the future.
General care is excellent. Can't fault the regular carer. Sometimes small attention to detail i.e. not taking into account memory failure and eating difficulties when replacement carers are used.
We find our carer is very kind. Willing and cheerful and goes about her work very thoroughly. She is always punctual and keen it's obvious she enjoys her work. We miss her on her days off.
A phone call to tell of the new time would have been appreciated.
My carer is always cheerful, caring and thorough in her work. She takes time to ensure that I am happy with her care and always ensures that I am safe whether moving from my bed, chair or walking into the lounge.
Very good care given. All the carers make the call very pleasant and fill the day with a bit of sunshine.
Carers that visit my mother are caring, happy and smart. No problems since mother started having care last year. The office keeps us informed of any changes.
I only have a cleaning service and cannot comment on all questions.
The carer who looks after my wife is very caring and understanding of her needs and mindset. My wife looks forward to her visits.

I have been in the care since 2015 and I knew I wanted it to me be career path. I love helping people and I get such a rewarding feeling from doing just my job. It’s a privilege to be allowed to care and support for people and have such an impact in there lives. I joined Nurseplus In 2021 as a field care supervisor and got promoted to Branch manager and most recently Registered Manager.
My professional background isn't with care, but I have years of people engagement as a manager and have a certified HR background.
Since I joined the care world, I have enjoyed so much being able to help people and find it very self-rewarding.
I joined the office as a care coordinator and whilst it can be challenging at times, I find it very enjoyable. I am very much looking forward to the future and playing an active part in helping Nurseplus enable more people to live independently at home.
I started with Nurseplus in 2022, prior to this I worked in care for over 30 years but in residential settings. I have worked from domestic to management and completed many courses and NVQs during this time. Since starting with Nurseplus it has been lovely getting to know our clients and expanding my knowledge of homecare.
Since joining Nurseplus care at home, I have worked as an Admin Assistant, Recruitment consultant and care coordinator, which is my current role. I have also spent time doing field care work. I love my job and find it very satisfying, I enjoy the challenge it brings alongside the rewarding part of my role being able to help people and make a difference.
I have been in the care sector since 2015 and have loved every minute of it. Caring for and making a difference in people’s lives is the most satisfying feeling, I joined Nurseplus in June 2023 as a carer and recently became a field care supervisor. I find my job very rewarding as being able to meet new people and being able to make a difference in their lives is something that is very special to me and makes me do the job that I do.
