A plan was drawn up, and we were amazed at how professional and attentive Nurse Plus were. They took the strain from us regarding help with switching my dads medical records, and arranging all the necessary visits from health care professionals. They arranged for a daily visit from 2 carers. The carers have been prompt, professional and above all have treated my dad with the utmost respect. to the office, I can find that sometimes, when I ask for a call at a specific time this does not get passed on to the carer. Recently a specialist nurse had asked the office to arrange for her to teach some carers a specific procedure. This was not done and it was only through me talking to my carers that they arranged to be there. I appreciate that there are a lot of us to organise, but as a client this can be frustrating.

This was reassuring to see be put in place. Crucially, Nurseplus supported the incoming carer on his arrival, and this has been continued since. I have found the carer's notes, recorded on a daily basis, easily accessible and this allows me to be readily updated. I have also been extremely pleased with the level of care provided by our carer who has proved to be competent, kind, hardworking and a willing communicator. Top marks to our carer and Nurseplus!
