Day care always excellent all very kind and competent. Evening care a bit more random sometimes very late or very rapid service! On the whole 98% very good 2& need more training and empathy.

Thank you for all the support recieved during and after Dads passing, it meant so much and we would hands down recommend Nurse Plus as the care company to anyone in need.

When my dad had a major stroke we was told he would have to go into a home but we managed to get him home and keep him there for 2 and a half years until he passed which was all thanks to nurse plus, not only the care they provided my dad but the support they provided myself and my mum. Nurse plus allowed my dad to not only be comfortable in his last 2 and a half years but they treated him with so much respect and always put a smile on his face, thank you for everything you did for my dad and us as a family.

My Father recently fell at home in West Wales, and broke his back. Despite being a very independent man, he's now realised that he can no longer live at home alone, so has taken the decision to relocate to Swindon, where he now lives with his daughter and her family. He's settling well into his new surroundings. Having no idea how the at home care service works, we contacted Nurse Plus, who have been amazing. We had a preliminary home visit where my dads needs were assessed. A plan was drawn up, and we were amazed at how professional and attentive Nurse Plus were. They took the strain from us regarding help with switching my dads medical records, and arranging all the necessary visits from health care professionals. They arranged for a daily visit from 2 carers. The carers have been prompt, professional and above all have treated my dad with the utmost respect. He speaks very highly of all the carers, and I'd highly recommend Nurse Plus to anyone needing daily care.

I cannot praise Nurseplus enough. From the moment I phoned the information phone line I was treated with empathy and patience. My interactions with Swindon have been brilliant. They have gone above and beyond and been kind throughout. Amazing.

Due to my disabilities, I have to have two carers at a time. On the whole, carers are friendly and caring and I have been able to build up a relationship with my main carers. However, there are sometimes the occasional visit where the carers seem rushed and things are not done as I wish. With regard to the office, I can find that sometimes, when I ask for a call at a specific time this does not get passed on to the carer. Recently a specialist nurse had asked the office to arrange for her to teach some carers a specific procedure. This was not done and it was only through me talking to my carers that they arranged to be there. I appreciate that there are a lot of us to organise, but as a client this can be frustrating.

My mother had a live-in carer to cover for her regular carer (also from Nurseplus) during his holiday. Care had been taken to find someone who shared my mother's interests and would enjoy gardening with her. They got on very well and Mum enjoyed his company immensely. He was kind and considerate and struck exactly the right balance between allowing her to maintain her independence whilst remaining safe.

This was the first time that my mother had a live-in carer so it was a new experience for her and also rather daunting. Nurseplus Care at home Salisbury went to great lengths to find the right person and my mother now has a lovely carer and is settled into her new way of life. The management team is always on hand to listen and is quick to deal with any concerns.

I have been very impressed with the high level of service Nurseplus have offered me throughout my contact with them (12 weeks plus). My early questions were readily answered over the phone with patience and clarity. The literature provided was also an additional helpful source of information. In particular, and I believe key to the success of the arrangement, was the huge amount of time and attention given to understanding my father-in-law's needs which resulted in the production of a detailed, practical manual for the carers to refer to. This was reassuring to see be put in place. Crucially, Nurseplus supported the incoming carer on his arrival, and this has been continued since. I have found the carer's notes, recorded on a daily basis, easily accessible and this allows me to be readily updated. I have also been extremely pleased with the level of care provided by our carer who has proved to be competent, kind, hardworking and a willing communicator. Top marks to our carer and Nurseplus!

Very helpful, didn’t have to worry about Mum, looked after her well, doing jobs for her around the house. Easy to get in contact with the provider if needed. Very caring and sat chatting with if she didn’t want anything done. Always on time.

Our experience has been such a positive one. Yes, every now and then things did not go to plan or there was a need to email or ring the team, but the response from Nurseplus was always responsive, caring and issues were addressed. I felt heard. Carers always saw my mum as an individual and took time to get to know her. I would certainly recommend Nurseplus to others. A massive thank you. You helped me fulfil my mum's wish to remain in her own home and die there.

I have been having overnight sleeping care since late January and I have found Nurseplus nothing but helpful, the staff they have sent me have always been friendly and polite and a pleasure to have around, so I can feel relaxed overnight, which is the object of the exercise.

The carer we have is first class. She is reliable, thorough, caring and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her, and is intuitive in her care. If she sees that something needs to be done she does it, even if she's not asked. She takes pride in her work and always completes it to an excellent standard.
