I am happy with my carers, who are friendly, helpful and very patient with me. Now I am able to walk slowly with the use of my walker. They always make me laugh.

I'm happy with all my carers; they make me feel at ease, assisting me with everyday tasks such as showering, helping me to get dressed and making sure I have my breakfast, but also sitting with me and having a chat.

We recently needed emergency 24 hour care for my elderly Mum and the team from Nurseplus were able to step in straight away. Overall, the care provided in positive mums regular carers are kind and respectful. On a negative point the timings of mums visits often don't match her rota, with mum being diabetic it would be helpful if they could be over a meal time.

All staff that have dealt with me have been treated me with dignity all been very nice and helpful I would prefer early nothing as I take a lot of medication and then would prefer after 5pm.
