My carer is a lovely lady, willing to do anything to make my life more enjoyable. I feel very safe when she is here, as I struggled with my confusion when I was living on my own. She encourages me to go out, and is always happy to go where I want. I feel so much more settled knowing shes there.
Thank you so much for your kind words - it truly means a lot to us. We're so pleased to hear that your carer has made such a positive difference to your life and that you feel safe, settled, and supported in her care. It's wonderful to know she's not only helping you feel more confident but also...
The day and night staff who are caring for our Dad with MND have been brilliant. They are both upbeat in their approach to caring, but calm when things get a bit tricky. Without them, we wouldn't have been able to keep Dad at home and we can't thank them enough. The communication between everyone has been fantastic and if they are ever concerned, they act quickly.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We are truly delighted to hear that our day and night staff have been providing brilliant care for your dad and supporting him to remain at home. It's incredibly rewarding to know that their upbeat yet calm approach has made such a positive...
I am very happy with the care that my husband receives. It makes a difficult health situation easier to deal with, knowing that I have reliable and expert cover. Communication and reliability are also very good and the team are very friendly and supportive.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're so pleased to hear that our care has made a difference during this challenging time and that you've found our team to be reliable, friendly, and supportive. Your trust means the world to us.
The night care staff have been extremely helpful and I look forward to their arrival. Unfortunately, the live-in carers were not so helpful, especially when starting to cook at 10 pm and taking over the fridge, and on one occasion the oven in the afternoon and making me feel like a lodger in my own home.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. These comments were raised with the branch and we believe handled accordingly at the time.
I like using this service because they are helpful and caring, and I would recommend it to people out there. And I think the care is really good. I think it would be good to have like a team of carers, so if a carer is off, you've got another that knows the client.
All carers very professional and appeared to have a kind and gentle manner. I was in touch twice a day whilst I was away, and I felt reassured, and I was able to relax.
Nurseplus care for my mum at night. The ladies know mum really well now and are great with her. They have never let us down. If a carer is sick, they call to update and then find a replacement. They have also given us day carers when we needed them at short notice. This agency (the Exeter team) is amazing. I sing their praises all the time. They go the extra mile.
Our Nurseplus Care night carer has been wonderful- reliable, kind and able to deal with any situation that has arisen. It has given all of us peace of mind and my father looks forward to her visits, knowing he is in safe hands. We can't praise her highly enough.
The two overnight staff that cared for her could not have been more kind, helpful and caring. In fact, they were exceptional and can't be thanked enough for all they did. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff back in the office were also very helpful and supportive.
We used Nurseplus for night-time care. From the time the nurse entered our home, she was professional but friendly. After telling her how the patient had been, we knew we could go to bed knowing they would be well taken care of until handover at 07:00 am in the morning. We were so grateful for those nights when we didn't have to worry. We felt as a family, we were all being looked after not just the patient.
I was a bit dubious about having complete strangers coming into our house at night. How wrong I was! The care my husband had was just so amazing. Carers were just so kind and patient despite very trying times. The care given to my husband was exemplary. Carers were also such a superb support to me. It was like having a close friend in our home. Can't praise or thank them enough.
Good to have support form a friendly, caring lady at this stressful time. Please thank her for her help.
I can't praise the 2 carers who did night sitting enough. They were really attentive and patient with my husband. It was such a relief to get some sleep knowing he's being cared for. He is now being cared for in a nursing home, whilst I am trying to get used to the peace.
Mum never accepted her diagnosis of MND. As a family we found this very hard, to give mum the care she needed was hard. Nurse Plus supplied excellent care. They made mum feel relaxed at night and helped her to keep as much independence as possible. Mum found the staff (all of them) so caring, I'm glad we got Nurse Plus involved when we did. It gave us as a family the support we needed and mum the care she needed. Thank you.
The administrative service was very efficient as the staff who were assigned were professional and caring. We could not have asked for more.
We found all of the carers very good and patient. They were happy to do things when asked.
Kind, caring and efficient.
Office manager- told her i was very happy with my three night carers.
