Our father has been under the care of Binod since January 2026. He is currently now long term in hospital. Binod was more than excellent in his care for dad. Dad, being a very proud elderly man needed a male carer- we were so fortunate that Binod was available. Binod is attentive, responsive to his environment, understanding, reliable, kind and an excellent listener. During his time with us he gave dad the dignity he needed. My dad and he shared many stories! Home care were very reassuring from the outset, when making the initial visit Jasmine put all of us at ease saying everything we needed to hear. Binod made detailed notes of everything dad needed, cooking, cleaning and attending to dads every need.

Nurseplus supplied a wonderful person to look after our father at home. Binod was attentive without being overly fussy, he was calm and extremely capable and our father enjoyed his company. The office staff were always on hand if we had a question. All in all a great and professional service.

The nursing and care staff are absolutely lovely and it is good to work with a team of people who all want the best for the client.
