I have been working with the manager at Nurse Plus since June 2024, having requested care support for a client of mine with spinal cord injuries. The manager has gone above and beyond to ensure that a professional and reliable team of specialist nurses has been put into place and that my client's needs
are being met without fail.
During this past five months, there have been a number of health and social care challenges that have arisen and the manager has supported both myself and the client to address these difficulties. She has supported with GP communications, and local authority meetings and worked collaboratively with the client's rehabilitation team. I cannot thank her enough for this support.
The manager is a very positive, proactive and hard-working individual and I would seek her out personally to work on future care packages.

We needed to arrange short-term care assistance at home, at very short notice, from a physical distance, for my elderly mother-in-law following a minor surgical procedure. We did not think we would be able to find anyone to help, but the manager at Nurseplus Rayleigh really went above and beyond in
putting the arrangements in place within a few days. She was so friendly, helpful and responsive - it took a lot of the stress out of the situation. The carer that the manager matched us with was lovely, professional and efficient and most importantly Mother-in-law really liked her! We would definitely be in touch with Nurseplus Rayleigh again should we find ourselves needing assistance in the future and could recommend their services based on this experience.

Our client needed a nurse to stay with her overnight while undergoing detox from alcohol. Working with Nurseplus Care at Home has been magnificent. The manager from Nurseplus Care at Home went above and beyond for our client and our organisation and was ever reliable for both. Our client has stated
the same and found the nurse a great support as well. If we have more housebound clients who need a detox then we would definitely use Nurseplus Care at Home services again.

The carer was a godsend in a time when I needed extra care support. The difference in my virtually nonverbal mother was very noticeable after a few days.
Only a small amount of care was needed with eating, drinking, medication and providing stimulation, but all was conducted with real care, gentleness
and kindness. Thank you!
