Our family has been very happy with the service we've had from the team at Nurseplus Truro. The management are very helpful and the carers who look after our father have been excellent. They are compassionate and kind and totally professional. Having people in your home is not easy but we are happy to have them there and trust them totally.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that you've had such a positive experience with our Truro team. Our carers take great pride in delivering compassionate, professional care that makes a real difference to families, and it's wonderful to know that you feel supported and...
I have used two care agencies and although carers are consistently good across both, Nurseplus has better systems and care plans in place. The carers treat my son who is physically disabled with exceptional compassion, dignity and genuinely want him to succeed in life.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We're truly honoured to hear that you've found our systems and care plans to be supportive and effective, and that our carers have made such a meaningful impact on your son's life. It means the world to know that he is being treated with compassion,...
Our friends have a Nurseplus home career who comes in 3 to 4 times a week. They are always very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much bother. They help with personal care and chores around the house that need doing. This allows our friends to come out with us and have some time away to relax and recharge. We are both active, but one day, if we need some care and support, we would definitely go to Nurseplus.
The office staff were all highly professional, sensitive and supportive of my Mother and family and put together a detailed Care Plan and package to meet her needs. They have been quick to update this if needed.
The personal care, medication administration, cleanliness around the flat and household organization is of the highest standard. Record keeping is immaculate.
The carers have been impressively proactive in a number of areas around healthcare, and have implemented several changes (after consulting the family) that have improved my Mother's quality of life.
The difference in my Mother since this package began is incredible. She seems very happy, settled and engaged now. It has been such a relief to know that she is so happy and well cared for following her husband’s passing and that she has been able to remain in her own home.
Nurseplus Truro came to my rescue when I was struggling to find care and support to nurse my fiance with Complex Dementia and limited mobility. He needed 24/7 care and supervision. From the office staff to the three carers who came to support us, they were all highly professional, sensitive and supportive to both my fiance and myself however challenging the situation became. I would highly recommend the Truro team, they are a high-quality outfit, and am immensely grateful to them. Thank you!
Nurseplus have been caring for my elderly mother in her own home for several years. Mum's carers have been reliable, kind, caring and professional at all times. Since we do not live close to my mum, this is reassuring and we know we will be contacted if anything with Mum does not seem right.
My husband has Alzheimer's and he gets up in the night his clothes and bedding are wet and need changing, as I am his only carer I need sleep. The day centre has refused to have him as he is so unpredictable. Your nurses help me cope by doing three night sits a week. I now have two regular ladies that do the nights between them and they are excellent. They have got to know him and know how to handle him. I could not do without them. Thank you.e
Absolutely excellent service. First-class, well-trained carers. Good support from the office staff. Always approachable and efficient.
Following a protracted stay in hospital on the critical list, my husband finally returned home. NursePlus sent Nightnurses for the first few days, each of whom was compassionate and kind. They dealt with my husband's confusion with empathy and I felt secure that I could get a good night's sleep while he was being cared for. Excellent service, thank you.
Nurse Plus come in the morning and evening. I have found Nurse Plus very good and no complaints what so ever.
I have found Nurse Plus to be extremely caring, every one of the carers is so kind and patient. They are always prompt. Dad finds the office very easy and helpful to deal with.
Sometimes I just wonder if they 'over do' the sympathy perpetuating the self-pity. It would be good for him to know there are plenty in a worse situation. However, it's better to be too kind than not kind enough to be sure.
