All the carers and staff for nurse plus Colchester are spectacular and go above and beyond to help me in my day to day life, I couldn't get any better care staff than I have. The staff and the office staff always treat me with respect and understanding and the level of care is outstanding.

Also back in March of this year, our daughter was in hospital and we were due to go out so the office got her support to come to the hospital so we could go out, which was really good and gave us a much-needed break.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Nurseplus over the past year. We are delighted to hear that your daughter enjoys the company of our staff. We understand how important it is for caregivers to have a break, and we're glad our team could step in and provide the necessary support so...
Nurseplus (N/P) have been providing excellent support for my wife at our home since May 2022. I had an operation in March and my wife is in a care home until I'm able to have her back here, so my review covers the last full month she was at home, though my comments hold good for the whole period I've been using N/P. The service they provide is both very reliable and flexible. My wife has Alzheimer's and also a double prolapse which means she constantly thinks she needs the toilet. The carers are excellent at distracting, diverting her attention by playing music on their phones or our CDs, watching her favourite DVDs with her, colouring books and playing games, cards, ludo, snakes and ladders, dominoes, bingo and scrabble, as the TV doesn't really hold her attention. I have complete confidence in the way they all treat my wife and that enables me to go shopping or to the Nature Reserve to relax. In my opinion N/P is worthy of the highest accolade and I'd recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review of our services. We strive to offer personalised care that caters to the unique needs of each individual and hearing how our carers have engaged with your wife over the last two years is a testament to their dedication. Our client has been using this agency for the last year. We have found them helpful in covering most of the gaps in our rota a month in advance, management do their best to cover shifts but find it hard to cover last minute shifts sometimes if people aren’t available. The staff we have used are hard-working, caring and quick to learn. Management are easily contactable and quick at helping if there are any issues.
I have power of attorney over my friend who has dementia. Her family are supportive of my wish to keep her living at home as long as possible. I engaged NursePlus to provide daily care around cleanliness, dressing and eating. My friend is very fond of her regular carer and I have noticed in the year since we have used NursePlus that my friend not only looks better but remains cheerful and upbeat. Her dementia has remained on the same level all year. Before NursePlus I often had to field complaints from her neighbours about her behaviour but this almost never happens now. So, all in all, we are satisfied customers.
Changing over to Nurse Plus has been a wonderful experience from the poor service we had before. We now have a great rota, carers and office staff are lovely. Looking forward to a respite holiday in September with our carer.

Nurseplus provided excellent care. The management team were always on hand to offer advice when required and was extremely caring and helpful. We had a great rapport. I would not hesitate to use them again if required and would definitely recommend them.
I am so thankful to Nurseplus for helping me get through a difficult time having lost my pet cat and not supported by family. The care and understanding I received by staff meant so much and I will always be eternally grateful. They are my strength but we work as a team, it has made my life so much easier than when I was trying to cope alone. Nurseplus are there to catch the tears and wash them away on a difficult day no matter what I'm going through. I am finding an internal strength inside gradually through everything I am learning with them. The staff mean so much to me and from me and my beloved Simba thank you for your help and support at such a sad/difficult time, don't give up the good work. There are very few people around as understanding as yourselves as I know myself and I only feel my life moving on as a result of your hard work and dedication.
As his wife, I have been impressed by their concern for my well-being too.
My experience is of receiving the personal care and help I need adjusting to my condition. I have tried to reflect on this form that there is a range of ability and competence among the carers from borderline on suitability to excellent. (What I mean is questionable may point to review of individuals training requirements.) I would want to emphasise that all are warmly positive in their personal approach, willing and genuinely encouraging. While totally understanding that unforeseen circumstance make adjustments necessary. I very much appreciate receiving the rota weekly which makes me integrate the care regime in the rest of life with others.
I am very pleased with the care I have received. From day one the carers have shown great kindness, consideration and compassion. Their professionalism and skilled assistance has made my life so much easier and I have immense confidence in their ability providing safe and dignified care. A well deserved 10/10.
