The carers that come in to look after my son and bath him are wonderful, they are kind, considerate and caring towards him. They have build a lovely bond with him that makes him happy when they come over. They are patient and gentle with him and they make him laugh. I feel very comfortable with them coming into our home and feel confident in their ability to care for my son.

This agency is superb.
Nurse Plus provided round the clock care for my elderly uncle. From the very start, Nurse Plus gave me friendly, helpful, useful advice on how to get my uncle home from hospital and how to ensure his home was a safe and suitable environment for him. They endured endless phone calls from me and remained cheerful and helpful throughout. The main carer was kind, gentle, caring, knowledgeable and professional with a wealth of experience. The support team members were equally good.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I have seen a lot of care companies and carers and this company exceeded, by far, anything I have previously experienced.

Many thanks to you all.

Carers arrive and help wife have a shower and dress twice a week, then a carer will arrive so I can take a break and because of my disability the carer will perhaps hoover up for me or change the duvet covers for me, always make sure we have plenty of cups of tea or coffee, and that we are starting properly, they are always kind and very polite.

We are very happy with the care and support my mother-in-law receives from Nurseplus.
All carers are very reliable, polite and are always on time.
They always make her feel very comfortable in her own home with the amount of dignity, respect and compassion they show her.
Contact with the family is second to none when there has been any issues or concerns regarding my mother-in-law.
They go above and beyond to ensure she can continue to live independently in her own home.

Overall we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for home care.

My dad has been looked after by Nurse Plus Andover since April 2023. I have always found the staff to be friendly efficient and caring. Recently my dad had a short stay in hospital. His first night home he was distressed and disoriented. The carers that evening were so patient with my dad and showed such compassion and understanding. It took well over an hour for them to coax him onto the bed. One carer, in particular, was fantastic and demonstrated her ability to adjust to dad's dementia issues. I was truly humbled and very grateful indeed for the care my dad received. Thank you to you all. Highly recommend to all.

Very happy with the care provided. Always willing to make adjustments or alter timings when required. Very good at letting me know any concerns regarding my mum. Often, the same carers, which means they know Mum well.

Nurseplus have been looking after my mother for many years and also informally look after my father who also lives at home. We started out with daily visits and now have 24 hour care. Nurseplus have been brilliant, both in the care, but especially in the crises that seem to occur regularly. My father is not the easiest person to deal with, but they have been professional, patient and courteous at all times, even when my father has not been deserving of it, pulling out all the stops to get care at short notice and keeping the family informed at each stage. They have also been very adaptable and fair in the charging mechanism when dealing with my father's occasional care in addition to my mother's. I can't thank them enough or praise them too highly. Thanks.

Nurseplus provide care coverage when I have to leave my partner to visit elderly relatives. I care for my partner myself and just need Nurseplus to provide a sitting service so that he is not left alone in the house. The carer always arrives on time, is always sensitive to my partner's needs and I trust her to take care of any issues that arise. My partner likes her and is happy to have her looking after him. While I make sure that all essentials have been covered before I leave, it is a huge comfort to me to know that the Nurseplus carer is there. I would also say that the staff in the office go out of their way to ensure that we are ok, they are very sensitive and caring and the online systems work really well. That matters when you are under pressure.

Nurseplus have offered care on a daily basis for my father for a number of years now. He has mild cognitive issues and the start of Parkinson’s with associated mobility issues. We needed to be sure that his care was undertaken by staff who were able to manage him mentally, as well as physically, and Nurseplus have always provided the most excellent staff for him, without fault. Always there at the end of the phone and know their patients well. Instantly able to change and offer alternative care. We wanted social calls twice a week and they arranged it for the following week. They take him to appointments, as he needs help with confidence and support for mobility as well as assistance with understanding healthcare professionals, and they do this with great professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone.

My Mum has later stages of vascular dementia, also Parkinsons' disease and diabetes. We've had experience with four other care agencies and care homes too, Nurse Care Plus Andover have been far superior to any other. Mum is well looked after in every possible aspect, her package of care is tailored to her specific needs but changed or tweaked regularly as soon as required. They are always available to listen to any new problem and are sympathetic and helpful.

Nurse plus go above and beyond looking after my mum in law, she has dementia and the care the girls give her is 100%. They make sure she is always washed, wears clean clothes, does her washing, all her meds, breakfast, lunch, and tea and gets her ready for bed. We were on holiday for two weeks in September and we knew that she was cared for, we have an online care app which is so good that we can see how mum is especially when we were away. All the carers are so nice and all the staff at the Nurseplus office are always helpful and supportive whenever I ring up, nothing is too much trouble for the carers especially now my mum has got worse with her dementia.

As a full-time carer to my husband arranging time away is challenging. However, on contacting Nurseplus I was put at ease from the beginning. The staff were very professional and polite and listened to my needs. When they realised I was anxious about leaving a stranger in my house they arranged a Zoom call with the person who would be caring for my husband. After getting all the answers to my questions I felt relaxed and knew my husband would be well cared for. Each evening I would speak with the carer and always felt relieved and happy after our conversation. On my return home when the carer was saying goodbye to my husband, his reply was Oh are you going? I guess I wasn't missed which was so comforting to hear. Well done Nurseplus!

I have recently become a client of Andover Nurse Plus Home Care. To need help can be painfully hard, to except it can be harder. But the level of care I am receiving is exceptional, I am treated with professionalism, kindness, care, and dignity. The wonderful carers that come to my home allow me to participate in my care, with the things I am still able to do and in no way make me feel inadequate for those things in life that have become difficult or indeed I find I am unable to do. I felt anxious at the onset of care but was instantly reassured during my original assessment of care. I have found all contact with the office to be very positive, helpful cheerful, and reassuring so thank you to all at nurse plus. A very big and very grateful thank you to the ladies that come to me every day, so very much appreciated on every visit. Kind Regards.

My father has Alzheimer's and we required nighttime care on January 2021. From the outset, all contact with Nurseplus was professional, extremely understanding and very kind. The assessment was done quickly and staff in place within a few days. The carers who attended to look after my Dad through the night, whether he slept or wandered about were excellent and this was so reassuring for us as a family. We then needed live-in care and this was supplied by our daycare agency but as ever with Dementia patients, circumstances can change very quickly. In July 2021 we needed a waking night cover and Nurseplus were again able to accommodate this within 24 hours. This transition was done with ease and without bureaucracy. Again the carers who attended were kind and considerate. Dad has now moved into a care home for specialist care and whilst this process is obviously emotional and complex we are so very grateful for the assistance given to us by Nurseplus along this journey.
