Overall Experience
Percurra have been excellent during the time they provided care for my severely disabled mum. Management and care staff have always been extremely supportive and accommodating and always happy to help.

We would recommend Percurra to anyone needing care services in their home.

Overall Experience
We have seriously tested our care Provider's ability to respond to a major downturn in my husband's health. Over the past 4 months he has become bed bound and totally dependent upon me and our carers for all of his needs: personal care and hygiene, feeding, hoisting for transfers on and off the bed, bed baths and showering and positioning on the bed. The agency has worked with us to create a well trained team who provide continuity of care .They are alert to changes in my husband's condition and work with me to meet our main goal: to care for him at home. The carers are confident, capable and very kind.
The agency has addressed our concerns regarding changes to rotas/ personnel and communication with the office has improved significantly.

The agency has also supported me in retaining some elements of my former life through their willingness to be flexible in providing extra care when needed.

Overall Experience

The team at Percurra are the reason I sleep well at night. My father in his 90th year is well cared for with a personalised package of care delivered with dignity and respect. He has a weekly shopping trip which he loves with his favourite carer, and he lives in his own home. This has only been possible because of the lengths the team go to ensure what they deliver is the best. The lines of communication are amazing and I know I can call them at any time with any worries or queries. Highly recommend Percurra!

Overall Experience
An excellent home care provider. All care providers are fully trained over several weeks before shadowing advanced care providers during their set duties at each client's home. Periodically each care provider is trained in updated client and official requirements. Each care provider is very professional, providing each client with friendly, compassionate, personalised care, home care and shopping visits when the client is well enough, or alternatively, the care provider can go shopping on your behalf.
PerCurra Nottingham have two care coordinators, whose responsibilities are to ensure your care package is fully provided to your requirement needs, plus they constantly observe that each care provider is fulfilling their responsibilities, providing training specific to areas where they believe the care provider needs.

The care manager is out of this world, she will go to the end of the earth to successfully provide your required care package.

Person centeredness is my wife's carers' focus. And, in spite of her dementia, my wife knows it. The carers' visits are the visit of friends. The banter and sharing of stories/histories flow naturally. It is a daily social event, very much welcomed.

I have had a good standard of support over a number of years for complex care needs to support a fulfilled, active and independent life as a person with a high level of paralysis. The agency management has worked with me to ensure that the support is delivered in a personalised way with a minimum of intrusion and bureaucracy. I have been supported by caring, dedicated and respectful care staff.

Overall Experience
I used this company following a total hip replacement, the staff members were on time, I was cared for in a fully dignified manner, they even picked me up from hospital as I had no relatives nearby, they were happy to do shopping, cooking and cleaning, as well as my personal care needs, they encouraged me to do my exercises and helped me maintain my fitness, and helped with my recovery.

They sorted my medication and ensured I took it in a timely manner, if I had questions they sourced the answers I needed.
