Per curra cared for my mum for 5 years. She had alzheimer's and mobility issues. The carers were absolutely lovely. Always courteous, considerate, compassionate and kind. Treated mum with dignity and respect and always ready for a laugh. Her alzheimer's could result in challenging behaviour, which

they always handled exceptionally well. She passed away Dec '24, and they now continue with companionship care calls for dad who is 92. The staff are brilliant and the company are helpful and flexible as and when needed. Thoroughly recommend Per Curra home care.

We have used this company for my Mum, since April 23, until the present time. I would highly recommend this particular branch of Percurra, as the carers have been absolutely wonderful to her. They have become like friends to Mum, whilst maintaining a professional and very caring attitude. They have

also been very flexible when we have needed to change the rota for whatever reason. They have provided excellent care for Mum and have gone above and beyond when the occasion has arisen. Having these ladies visit Mum is the best decision we have made on her behalf. Mum enjoys having them come to visit and always looks forward to seeing them. For the most part, there has been continuity of care which means that Mum has built a good rapport with her regular carer. If there needs to be a change, for example the main carer is on holiday, Mum always receives a good replacement. Mum is happy and that makes me happy!

We needed an evening carer to provide an evening meal for Joe our 93 year old family member. We had not had a very good experience from the last two companies that we used. My late mother engaged the services PerCurra North East Surrey . From the beginning My late mother spoke highly of Sally and Joanne, they and their staff became her friends, my mother called them her Angels. I felt reassured that my mother was receiving the package of care she wanted, but the owners

and carers would often go above and beyond in their care for my mother. During the last months of her life(September 2024)her care needs changed and Sally, Joanna and the carers adapted their care delivery to meet the changing and at times challenging needs. It was a very special time allowing my late mother have the dignity and love as well as care at the end of her life. It felt like a real partnership and with our family we formed strong bonds with Sally Joanne and the girls. I am grateful for the love and care they showed my mother and us. The team at Percurra are the reason I sleep well at night. My father in his 90th year is well cared for with a personalised package of care delivered with dignity and respect. An excellent home care provider. All care providers are fully trained over several weeks before shadowing advanced care providers during their set duties at each client's home. Periodically each care provider is trained in updated client and official requirements. Each care provider is very professional,

providing each client with friendly, compassionate, personalised care, home care and shopping visits when the client is well enough, or alternatively, the care provider can go shopping on your behalf.
PerCurra Nottingham have two care coordinators, whose responsibilities are to ensure your care package is fully provided to your requirement needs, plus they constantly observe that each care provider is fulfilling their responsibilities, providing training specific to areas where they believe the care provider needs.
The care manager is out of this world, she will go to the end of the earth to successfully provide your required care package.

Overall Experience

I was so poorly that I needed someone to cook and clean for me and occasionally chat with. Percurra's carers did all that with warmth and willingness. They were always concerned about my welfare and considerate of my needs. They brightened up my day and I looked forward to seeing them. They made me

feel less lonely and encouraged me in my efforts to be independent as my health improved. I shall be calling on them again when I become ill again, which is very likely.

In August 2024 we appointed PerCurra to help look after my father, who is now over 96 years old and who lives in the house next to ours. PerCurra provide services early every morning and again every evening. We have found them to be reliable, attentive and friendly.
The carers always arrive promptly

and are very helpful. My Dad likes having them visit and says that "it is like having friends round". They are well trained and know what they have to do and carry out their work professionally at all times. My Dad says that they still have time to "have a chat and a bit of fun" but he never feels rushed.
Percurra have been a huge improvement on the previous carers that we used. They are no more expensive and organisationally they are excellent.
