Andrew and Michelle are amazing helping me get M home after a long stay in hospital and a short stay in a care home. They help me with additional visits when M is not well. They work with me and keep me updated.
The ladies that care for M are also amazing, they care about M and listen to her requests respecting her at all times.

Per curra cared for my mum for 5 years. She had alzheimer's and mobility issues. The carers were absolutely lovely. Always courteous, considerate, compassionate and kind. Treated mum with dignity and respect and always ready for a laugh. Her alzheimer's could result in challenging behaviour, which they always handled exceptionally well. She passed away Dec '24, and they now continue with companionship care calls for dad who is 92. The staff are brilliant and the company are helpful and flexible as and when needed. I have been using Percurra for 15 months now and I have made wonderful friends with them particularly one member of staff in particular who puts herself out to assist me. All my carers do lots of different chores for me including showering emptying rubbish as I am unable to get outside a bit of cooking, ironing, in fact anything I ask of them including doctor's visits and shopping. I could not be happier with them and a big thank you.
What can I say about Percurra? Well, they are a very caring company and listen to concerns and help to resolve them. My son had support from a wonderful team of staff all of them being very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my son's needs (I will add that was no easy task for them). Everyone from management to care staff listened to my worries and made me feel that my Son was in good hands at all times. So if you are looking for a caring company to care for your loved one look no further as this is the best. Thank you Percurra for everything.
The carers from the company come in every morning to care for my wife, who has limited mobility and Alzheimer's disease. The staff are always respectful and courteous and do a great job. I am extremely pleased with the service.

One gentleman helps coordinate the care package in place for two clients of our company. They have been doing this care package for a long time, with one client longer than the other. The manager has excellent management and communication skills and has helped develop suitable care packages with social services.

Experienced care professional with over 15 years of experience in the care sector. Michelle has extensive experience of providing care and managing staff in both care home and domiciliary care settings. With a demonstrable compassionate and empathetic nature whilst conscious of her responsibilities as our Care manager, she presides over our care team ensuring we deliver the very best care for our clients and ensuring the very best outcomes.
Matt had a history of caring for family members before joining us and committing to supporting others, where he has made an invaluable contribution to improving the lives of our clients.
He is also our SONA ambassador with specialist knowledge, providing focused guidance to our clients on Oral Health and Nutrition issues.
Matt had previously been instrumental in setting up and running a local charity for the deaf before joining our team.
