PerCurra North East Surrey is a home care agency that provides outstanding care for people who want to remain independent in their own homes.

This family ran agency provides services for people living in Coulsdon, Kingswood, Chipstead, Woodmansterne, Tadworth, Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, South Croydon, Caterham and surrounding areas.

The highly trained staff can deliver care for people who need dementia care, elderly care, medication assistance, help with physical disability, respite care, hospital discharge, cleaning service, companionship, food preparation and serving as well as transportation service.

PerCurra go above and beyond provided they are allocated the correct time to deliver a high standard of care (generally minimum visit time is one hour).
Lunch times, tea times and bedtime visits can be reduced to 45 minute visits if necessary, possibly even 30 minutes.

PerCurra do pride themselves in cooking decent/nutritious meals for their clients too, fresh vegetables if required. PerCurra can cook more than microwave meals (unless a client wishes to have these).

We needed an evening carer to provide an evening meal for Joe our 93 year old family member. We had not had a very good experience from the last two companies that we used. However PurCurra stepped in and provided exactly what we needed. The team are kind and professional with excellent communication
with us and with Joe. As Joe's circumstances are changing, PerCurra has been very supportive and helpful and willing to be flexible as much as they can to help us and Joe. We are very grateful.

My late mother engaged the services PerCurra North East Surrey . From the beginning My late mother spoke highly of Sally and Joanne, they and their staff became her friends, my mother called them her Angels. I felt reassured that my mother was receiving the package of care she wanted, but the owners
and carers would often go above and beyond in their care for my mother. During the last months of her life(September 2024)her care needs changed and Sally, Joanna and the carers adapted their care delivery to meet the changing and at times challenging needs. It was a very special time allowing my late mother have the dignity and love as well as care at the end of her life. It felt like a real partnership and with our family we formed strong bonds with Sally Joanne and the girls. I am grateful for the love and care they showed my mother and us. It is that fine balance of professionalism and empathy that shone through. We recommend them
