When my dad had a fall and lost his mobility 18 months ago we contacted PerCurra for support. Within hours they had met us and offered a care package that suited our needs and from then on everything went like clockwork. The carers are punctual, friendly and respectful and make my dad laugh when he
is feeling down. He says they are his friends rather than carers. In addition, PerCurra have been very responsive and helpful on occasions when we have had a crisis. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Reply from Mohammed Khaliq, Director at PerCurra LeedsThank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt review. It truly means a great deal to our whole team. We are delighted to know that we could be there for your dad and your family during such a difficult time, and we're so pleased that the care package we put in place made a real difference.
Hearing that our carers have become trusted friends to your dad, is exactly what we strive for. We're also grateful for your kind words about our punctuality, responsiveness, and support during moments of crisis, ensuring your peace of mind is always our priority. Your recommendation is sincerely appreciated.

The care facility provided to my God Mother was first class. A kind, patient and sensitive carer when my Godmother was at her most vulnerable and whom my Godmother was very fond of. Thank you for everything you've done for her and allowing her to stay living in her own home.
Reply from Mohammed Khaliq, Director at PerCurra LeedsThank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We are truly grateful for your kind words. It means a great deal to our team to know that your Godmother felt supported, cared for, and comfortable during such a vulnerable time.
Our carer will be deeply touched to hear how fond your Godmother was of her, and we are honoured to have played a part in helping her remain in the home she loved.

Dad has had support for just over a year now. He accepted the visitors, as he calls them, readily as they were /are so professional and interested in him. I live away from Leeds but phone regularly so I noticed how much brighter he seems from having daily conversations. I believe it is because of the
chats he now gets which give him valuable interaction. Thank you.
The feedback to each visit is helpful too.
Percurra are available to ensure any concerns are addressed promptly and sensitively. Equally, if they have concerns they immediately make contact.
I have been impressed all along. Well done and many thanks. You're doing a great job!!!
Reply from Mohammed Khaliq, Director at PerCurra LeedsThank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt feedback. It truly means a great deal to our entire team. We're delighted to hear that your dad has welcomed our carers and that their daily visits have made such a positive difference to his wellbeing. Knowing he feels brighter, supported, and engaged is exactly what we aim for.
We also really appreciate your acknowledgement of our communication and responsiveness. Ensuring families feel informed, reassured, and listened to is incredibly important to us, so your comments are genuinely uplifting.
It's been a privilege to support your dad over the past year, and we're grateful for the trust you and your brother have placed in us. Thank you again for your kind words, they motivate us to keep delivering the very best care every day.

I got in touch with Percurra earlier this year when it was getting more difficult for my mum to take personal care of herself at home. Right from the start the staff were very attentive and caring. They came in twice a week.,
Mum took to them immediately, which surprised me as she is a very private
person.

When mum unfortunately had a fall and ended up in hospital, I received regular phone calls from the company asking about her welfare.
Unfortunately she now needs 24hr nursing care and has to go into a care home.
I can certainly recommend Percurra to look after and treat family with dignity.

Reply from Mohammed Khaliq, Director at PerCurra LeedsIt's wonderful to know our caregivers have provided such top notch service, for you to recommend PerCurra to others. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us. We wish your mum the very best moving forward.

Our first experience within the care profession and we are thrilled with the service, care, thought, and attention that has been provided to our mum since discovering PerCurra earlier this year. From the initial assessment through to developing an evolving care plan depending on her needs, we've felt
heard and supported and our mum is content.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend PerCurra (in fact I already have on 2 occasions so far!).

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.797 for PerCurra Leeds is calculated as follows: ( (49 Excellents x 5) + (8 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 59 Ratings = 4.797

Job Title: Managing Director

I started off looking for a way to contribute to society in a more meaningful way.

This internal drive guided me towards the care industry, a field where I could harness my passion for helping others. I have always strongly felt that we have a profound responsibility towards those in our society who are most vulnerable. In their times of need, it is our duty to step in, providing care that not only meets their practical needs, but also makes a real, positive impact in their lives.

The cornerstone of my beliefs is that everyone should have the right to live independently at home for as long as they can. Every person deserves to have their needs and preferences respected, and their care tailored to support their individual circumstances. As the Managing Director at PerCurra Leeds, I ensure this principle is at the heart of everything we do.

At PerCurra Leeds, we’re not just about providing care, we’re about providing high-quality care. We understand that what we do significantly affects not just our customers, but also their families and loved ones. When our customers feel safe, cared for, and supported, it brings immeasurable comfort to their families. This understanding motivates us to maintain our high standards and continue to deliver person-centred, responsive, and compassionate care every day.
