Phoenix Care At Home Ltd

Having recently introduced home care to my 95 year old mother I have been astounded by her positive response, I feel Pheonix Care At Home provide a superb level of care with a friendly warm approach which builds a good customer relationship. I have been impressed by the professionalism of all the staff and regularly read through and appreciate the care log which they complete each visit, this also gives me a chance to see if any concerns I have are mirrored by the team. Their communication has been excellent with regular messages etc. and their ability to suggest improvements and ideas to help mum have really taken considerable load off me. Overall I could not recommend these ladies more.

Two particular staff members and their team run a top quality, personal care business, which is second to none.
I have used them for a while now, but the longest amount of care given, was June 2024.
Nothing was, or is, ever too much trouble for them. Small tasks like walking my father up and down the garden, or making a cup of coffee for my mother, to full personal care for my father, as well as daily chores and general help. Everything is conducted in a friendly manner, with attention to detail, which, I personally think, is their forte.

There is no other group of professionals that I would leave my parents in the care of. Phoenix are the reason I can take time out from my busy caring position and have absolutely no worries while I am away.
