He has over 30 years of experience in employment and people management, the past 16 years working in the homecare sector. Chloé joined PillarCare in 2016. She spends much of her time visiting the Carers to ensure that each one is meeting our high standards and expectations, whilst feeling confident and comfortable in their placements. Chloé also works with the PillarCare policies and procedures, keeping them and us up to date.
