Hello, I am giving a review for this company as they have given me such a wonderful level of customer service since I started with them. This company has done so many things to try and improve the level of service at any chance they get. As the service level has been so fantastic since I have known them, this is something that was rarely needed, but if the need did occur, they took care of it immediately. The staff with them are all brilliant from the carers to management. As I am normally with a carer I get to see how well the company takes an interest in the carers level of enjoying the job, training, promotions and caring about the most important cog in the wheel. I thank the entire family of the company because that’s how they have all worked so well together to become - a family of workers that enjoy caring for the clients.
