Star Service

I have been really impressed with the quality of care provided and the caring attitude from the visiting carers. I broke my right arm and have been totally unable to look after myself while my arm has been in a cast. I spent some time in Rowley Regis hospital but when they discharged me home have needed help with all my personal care due to being right handed. I have enjoyed meeting the carers who are all lovely people and treat me with great dignity despite me feeling like I have lost my dignity. Nothing is too much trouble and they have taken time and trouble to get to know exactly what I need and when. I have felt very comfortable with all of them and very grateful for the service they are providing/have provided. Sandwell Council should be proud of the standard of service they are providing!

Excellent service - made my 92-year-old father's last three weeks a joy to meet the carers; they made him laugh every time they came. Keep up the good work. Treated with dignity and respect - keep up the good work.

I have been impressed with the service of the company. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is good and I would not hesitate to recommend them. My father's convalescent period has gone to plan and he is pretty independent now.
