Everlife have been amazing in looking after my mum. The care has been truly amazing, they help mum wash, dress, all personal care. Get up in the morning and put to bed. Always show support and dignity. All the carers as friendly, offer help and advice. Always check that mum is happy before they leave. Would highly recommend. Fantastic management.
A very friendly and helpful team and very supportive. The hours of care are very good and someone is always there to help. A compassionate and helpful team who listens to you. Will recommend it to anyone needing care.
Not having used or required care before, I was naturally quite apprehensive, but I needn't have worried as all the carers that visit my wife and I are very friendly, chatty and willing to look after our every need. Every week we receive a schedule of who and when will visit, and it's always a pleasure to see them. I can honestly say we chose the right company.
Consistent, known carers.
My experience with Carewatch is very good, the carers are nice, easy to talk to, which I like. They make my lunch, make tea or coffee for me and take me out for a walk, and make me laugh.
Carewatch Swindon provides a service second to none. Both my wife and I have been with Carewatch for 4 years and have always received excellent results from a number of carers that look after my wife. Previous to Carewatch another care company was given the job, however, we never knew from day to day what, who and when carers would arrive. We no longer have any worries with Carewatch. We know all the carers' names and receive weekly programmes and if we have a problem we know who to contact.
My wife has been using the services of this company for about 2 years. First as care at home and lately as Carewatch. The main stay of the company is its staff. My wife looks forward to the visits and has a good laugh with them. The company has always been able to help us when we have needed change or amend our care plan. A special mention to the management team. You know who you are!!
