Overall Experience
Following on from my previous Review 2024. Myself and my Father wanted to take the opportunity to wish all the Staff , Management and Carers a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year. Again we are incredibly grateful for the care that has been provided over the past 14 Months and the compassion and communication shown throughout.

Overall Experience

I would like to compliment Sevacare on the outstanding, person-centred care that the staff gave to my dad and also my mother over the last three years. The office team completely understood the importance of consistency and continuity with the staff that looked after my dad and ensured that the team were able to build a strong bond and an excellent relationship. My dad had three double person care calls a day and the care team were able to monitor, manage and anticipate his changing care needs through this continuity of care. This can only be achieved when the whole team work together, communicate well and have care at the centre of their every objective. I can honestly say that my dad's care during his last years was truly exemplary and as a family, we gained tremendous comfort from the fact that they did all they could for him in such a loving way and that his every welfare need was anticipated and provided for, with love and affection.
