Some carers do that little bit extra to make sure one feels cared for and chat to one. That is very nice and makes you realise that some carers enjoy the work, and want to make you feel good. Unfortunately some want to be in and out of your property as quick as they can!
Very good.
The care provided all depends on the carer as it can differ from the best care you could possibly want or the minimum in and out as quickly as possible, some are compassionate as were others aren't. Also at times the seems to be a lack of communication as to what is required to be done by the care.r
I've been with Spire since March 2023 and have been very happy with the service you provide the carers are helpful and understanding of my needs. Had a fall in April of this year and spent 3 weeks in the hospital without any exercises has left me unable to walk but I'm getting my strength back with the help of my physio. I am walking but with her behind me for safety. I also feel safe knowing my carers will be coming 3 times a day to help me and get to know them and have a lot of respect and appreciation for them all.
Their live-in staff are pleasant, helpful, and caring professionals, always prepared to go the extra mile to fulfill their duties.
Thank you to all the staff involved, well done, and keep up the high standard.
The care and understanding your female staff give is wonderful.
Overall in the time we have used your company have been pleased with the service provided, I would recommend it to other people looking for care, sorry there isn't much else to say, Mum looks forward to her daily visits from her carers.
I like Spire Homecare, they are very friendly people and you can have a laugh with them, they always welcome you and the nicest people I have ever known. They are very polite and I like them very much.
Always been flexible and helpful and gone out of their way for me, cannot fault Spire for how they have helped me have more independence and be able to stay in my own home instead of residential care. Very happy.
All the carers that have come to me have been splendid! Pleasant and very helpful. They empty two pots each day and put bagged rubbish in the correct bins. They also make the bed and do any dishes that need washing.
My husband has needed Spire Health Care for many months and the service has been excellent. A few minor issues have been dealt with to our satisfaction. The carers themselves are wonderful, they carry out the tasks with empathy, compassion, cheerfulness and kindness in what isn't an easy job. They deserve to be paid much more if only our Government would sort it out! Nothing is too much trouble for them and we would recommend this company.
