Overall Experience
I have used Step by Step services now for 14 years and have found their overall level of care to be excellent, this despite a recent relocation of some of their clients. This too was handled in a professional manner. No mean feat when dealing with vulnerable people. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful from management to carers, giving their clients a place and involvement in their local society which is very laudable.
