At the odd times when there is a need to contact my carer's Manager, the results are good as well.
Overall, it is well run.
Thank you for your kind words. We are so glad to hear that you have such a great relationship with your carer and that they've become a valued and trusted presence in your home. It's also nice to know that you've had a good experience with our management team. Your feedback truly means a lot to us. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
I feel very grateful to benefit from such a wonderful and exceptional care service. It has given me the gift of time and peace of mind. My parents receive wonderful care of the highest level. It is the only help I get and I am so fortunate and grateful. I really enjoy my time for myself and feel so much better for it. Thank you to you all.
The care we receive from our carer is unbelievable. Before every visit my children get so excited, they look forward to it every time. She is so patient, warm, funny and calm. My child with special needs adores her, and my husband and I get to have a break which we love.
Very pleased with carers support; seems able to keep my husband happy while I am out.
A great help to me.
Professional and caring.
My husband has the good fortune of receiving a weekly carer visit for three hours. This person is so nice and friendly and gets him talking and animated in a way I don't seem to be able to; it cheers him up enormously.
My carer is a star. We look forward to her visits. She keeps my husband company. She is well-liked by my husband and she treats him with kindness and dignity. It is a pleasure to have her visit and we are very grateful and thankful the visits have restarted.
We have received wonderful support and care from the Crossroads carer for my father over the last 4 years. It has given me peace of mind that every Monday my dad will be spending time with his Crossroads carer who has been consistently punctual, caring and good at communication with me. The friendship that has developed between my dad and his Crossroads carer is so valuable and I believe has contributed to keeping my dad sociably active and helped to prevent loneliness and depression after my mum died.
We have been cared for at home for years with a wonderful carer. Always quick to see the needs doing and does it very well. Always goes the extra mile with a mile.
I have always found Crossroads companions very kind and friendly. Also very attentive towards my wife.
I have been my wife's carer since March 2020, she has osteoarthritis and cannot do anything for herself. We have carers, 4 visits a day. I am very grateful to Crossroads for the three-hour breaks on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you for Thursday.
Very pleased with the service, I cannot fault the crossroads team.
But now I have a three hour period of cover once a week in which to relax, it is no exaggeration to say it has saved my sanity.
Interested in all that my husband wishes to share with her such as reminiscing, photographs.
My husband likes her very much and enjoys her company.
My experience with Crossroads Care Surrey has been very amicable. I have been visiting the service for about 2 years and can honestly say that everybody has been very considerate and caring. I can say, with some conviction, that the opportunity for me to spend 2 or 3 hours doing whatever I need to is a great relief.
My daughter has been receiving care from Crossroads for the past 18-years. She has always received fantastic care from the carers. Over recent months, a decision was made to cut down on part-time staff and therefore, several younger carers who were able to look after young adults with severe global disabilities have been forced to leave. This leaves no extra staff available to cover my pleasant carer when she is on holiday or off sick. The Saturday club also has been closed down to support young adults.
I have been very grateful and appreciative for the help I've had from Crossroads Care Surrey. A recent change to extend the time of visits at my expense is an added bonus.
Crossroads Care Surrey have been excellent in providing me with some respite to get out and play golf with my friends. I can go out knowing she is in good hands, it is a great help for me.
The carer always came promptly and was a pleasure to have in the home. Always cheerful and looked after my husband with kindness, compassion and efficiency. I felt totally confident in leaving him with her. She kept him motivated by doing crosswords and puzzles My husband has advanced Parkinson's disease and enjoyed being with her.
