They are highly trained and experienced, giving full peace of mind that everything is taken care of.
They understand that building a long-lasting and reliable relationship with a Carer Support Worker will be paramount, therefore endeavour to provide consistency wherever possible and remove any worries about having to find an alternative care provider.
Crossroads Care Surrey also provides end-of-life care keeping the client safe whilst the carer gets to take a break for their own well-being, that might be a coffee with a friend or family member, a visit to the shops or just catching up on some sleep.

Adam came as a companion to my dear husband nearly 3 years ago to give me a few hours respite care a week. They became good friends even though Adam was an Arsenal supporter &Geoff was Tottenham. He deteriorated very badly in the last 6 months &I promised him I would nurse him at home. Adam promised Geoff he would support me to the end. He kept his promise & helped a dear man of 93 keep his dignity to the very end. Adam went above &beyond in his care & was so gentle when he was in pain & was my rock in the last few days &I & my family cannot thank him enough. Thank you Adam & thank you Crossroads for all your help & kindness .

Ellie, Geoff and Lorraine are my lifeline. They all encourage my uncle to do activities. I know I can go out for coffee and that he is well looked after. Without Crossroads, I would not have a life of my own, and my uncle would not be as happy as he is.

As a 24 hour carer for my husband, without Crossroads care I do not know where I would go for support. I have family, but always very busy and are very grateful for your support, as it takes pressure from them. Staff/carers are always very polite, caring and very understanding to my husband's needs, as he is reluctant to have any other form of care. Although he is very unwell, he remains quite independent but looks forward to Mondays and Thursdays to go out or just sit with him. I myself have to have carers and possibly have to have some surgery, so having any support removed will be unthinkable. So thank you for your ongoing support.

We have been receiving care from Crossroads for several years and my husband looks forward to meeting his carer each week. He is thoughtful, kind, humorous and very sensitive to our needs. Although I have been caring for twenty five years as my husband has MS, I am very grateful for help now that his needs have increased progressively and I am less able due to my own age and infirmity. We have now been assessed to need three visits from Crossroads each week and look forward to this when it is possible, to enable me to go out occasionally.

My husband a stroke and his health had very fraily and that service hd been very helpful.
