They are highly trained and experienced, giving full peace of mind that everything is taken care of.
They understand that building a long-lasting and reliable relationship with a Carer Support Worker will be paramount, therefore endeavour to provide consistency wherever possible and remove any worries about having to find an alternative care provider.
Crossroads Care Surrey also provides end-of-life care keeping the client safe whilst the carer gets to take a break for their own well-being, that might be a coffee with a friend or family member, a visit to the shops or just catching up on some sleep.

We had a lovely lady sit with my mum for 3 hours each week so we could work or go out guilt free. Nothing was too much for this lady and on the very rare occasion she could not come one week, the communication was really good. We were very grateful for their help and professionalism.

The care we receive from our carer is unbelievable. Before every visit my children get so excited, they look forward to it every time. She is so patient, warm, funny and calm. My child with special needs adores her, and my husband and I get to have a break which we love.

We have received wonderful support and care from the Crossroads carer for my father over the last 4 years. It has given me peace of mind that every Monday my dad will be spending time with his Crossroads carer who has been consistently punctual, caring and good at communication with me. The friendship that has developed between my dad and his Crossroads carer is so valuable and I believe has contributed to keeping my dad sociably active and helped to prevent loneliness and depression after my mum died.

I have been my wife's carer since March 2020, she has osteoarthritis and cannot do anything for herself. We have carers, 4 visits a day. I am very grateful to Crossroads for the three-hour breaks on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you for Thursday.

Like most carers I found the combination of caring for my wife 24/7 and the lockdowns to be very stressful.
But now I have a three hour period of cover once a week in which to relax, it is no exaggeration to say it has saved my sanity.

My daughter has been receiving care from Crossroads for the past 18-years. She has always received fantastic care from the carers. Over recent months, a decision was made to cut down on part-time staff and therefore, several younger carers who were able to look after young adults with severe global disabilities have been forced to leave. This leaves no extra staff available to cover my pleasant carer when she is on holiday or off sick. The Saturday club also has been closed down to support young adults.
