I wanted to say a huge thank you to the wonderful Terrablu team for their supportive, warm and compassionate home care provided for my mum. Mum has vascular dementia and aphasia and received daily support with personal care which was extremely helpful. The visits were always prompt and the daily updates were very useful. I would not hesitate to recommend Terrablu's home care services for loved ones with dementia related needs.

I want to put a compliment out to the Terrablu Team - they supported me at the drop of a hat with care calls, I was struggling with the ongoing support of my client and Terrablu stepped in with the extra care he needed. I also want to put out an extra compliment from my client to Nick one of his current carers , I am sure there will me more, he gets to like and have an affinity with however currently it's Nick and in his words he said, he calms me down when I feel cross, he makes me feel calm again

I had an operation on my shoulder and a result I needed help with personal care while I recovered. The ladies who visited were all wonderful. They made what could have been an awkward situation very easy by their professionalism. They were all caring and kind and made me feel at ease. They were all ready to do what ever was needed.

TerraBlu helped support my mother for over five years. Without their outstanding professionalism, endless patience and kindness, Mum would not have been able to live independently for as long as she did. Her carers were wonderful, always accommodating and gentle with Mum, and her quirky ways. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

After having an awful and very distressing experience with our mum's previous care providers TerraBlu was recommended to us by a District Nurse. We have found the whole team absolutely professional and caring. We found them genuine and trusted them completely. Their care and understanding have helped us through a very difficult time. Overall very happy with the care TerraBlu provided for my mother. They provided individualised care for a vulnerable older person with kindness and professionalism. They ensured all decisions were with the client in mind and ensured we were involved and kept well informed. Their experience in the services available and equipment to make living at home achievable was very much appreciated. In addition, they were thoughtful and supportive in providing additional care to enable attendance to life events and appointments. The staff were caring and trustworthy, providing us with peace of mind that Mum was truly cared for.

It takes so much pressure off me, their daughter, knowing that they are so well cared for and I can only highly recommend this care service!

We have been hugely impressed with the care Mum has received from TerraBlu. The team in the office do a superb job of managing our needs and the visiting care staff have been lovely with her. Most carers are very good, some are not.

When my elderly parents started to need extra help with their care, a friend recommended TerraBlu as she had been and still is very happy with them. The whole team from the carers to the office staff are excellent. Kind, caring and extremely efficient. Without Terrablu’s support, my life would be very different. They take away any worries and concerns when it comes to looking after older parents. I would not cope without them, my parents certainly wouldn’t.

Punctual, courteous and professional at all times. I have various members of the Terrablu team to help me and they have all shown the above qualities at each visit. I have been very impressed with the high level of care shown by all carers who have been involved with my care.

We have been a client of TerraBlu for approximately a year and from our first contact I have found Terrablu a pleasure to work with. They provide support for my wife who is wheelchair-bound after a major stroke. Our primary carers are so supportive and caring. I have nothing but praise for them.

We have a carer come every morning to wash and dress my husband. They are always cheerful and do a very caring service and ask if there is anything else they can do.

These carers have improved my life. I feel safe with them and enjoy seeing them. I know I can trust them if my needs increase and know I can rely on them to do the job and be on time and treat me with dignity and respect (not all agencies manage this in my experience). The office is approachable and accommodating with good communication, you are more than just a number to them. Carers are well-supported and well-trained so they are confident in the work and above all, want to be there. It's the best agency I've had and every carer has been great.

TerraBlu provide constant levels of personalised high service to my mother who lives in an assisted living complex. From the outset, the team at TerraBlu were keen to get to know Mum as an individual and establish her particular needs. The team are proactive in dealing with issues that may impact Mum's well-being and are very effective in keeping the family updated. The team are also able to take Mum to medical appointments with prior arrangement. I recommend TerraBlu in the highest possible terms for their excellent care!

I can't fault them.

I am extremely happy with the way I am treated by all the staff. The staff are very caring and professional. The staff treat me with great respect and I feel that they go above and beyond when looking after me. I don't know how I would manage without them. It's not just the physical aspect of the care it's the mental health side because I look forward to seeing them morning and evening. The office staff are also on top of their game, nothing is a problem. All the staff help make my life more enjoyable so thank you very much.

After having several home care companies. I found the best one at last. Three double-handed calls a day. Times are great, they fit around us. All carers have been caring, respectful and manage difficult times brilliantly.

The care my wife receives is excellent, very caring and understanding of her dementia and other problems. The carers are pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with the care my husband receives from TerraBlu. All the carers who attend to him are very caring and pleasant, treat him with dignity and arrive on time for his visits. Anything you may need help with, the management team are always there for you. All in all, a very good all-round care company.
