Total Care Nursing Ltd (DCA)

I needed carers to cover my annual leave and contacted total care. They were always very professional and friendly and made both myself and father-in-law (the client) feel safe and respected.

I will definitely use them again in the future.

After using a number of homecare companies for Dad and feeling let down by them, I am so glad I found Total Care. Since Total Care took over Dad's package of care his confidence and health have soared. The carers are excellent and can honestly not do enough to ensure my Dad is comfortable and happy. He was previously having microwave meals, not anymore, the regular girl who visits cooks fresh food chosen by Dad. His house is always immaculately clean. He is regularly showered and shaved which is something the previous company failed on. I think because he is visited by the same few carers rather than lots of different carers it makes it easier for Dad to trust his carers.
I can finally relax and know that my Dad is getting the best possible care.
