I have been looked after by Everlife for nearly a year. The carers who have attended to my needs have been superb, I cannot speak highly enough of them nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to say thank you to the office staff and the carers for running such a professional company. Full marks to you all.
We will pass your comments on to your carers. Our staff make us who we are. Thank you.
Most important: my husband is very well cared for and happy. The care company are well organised. The care staff who deal with my husband are brilliant and his care runs like clockwork.
We will pass your comments on to your carers. We pride ourselves on being well-organised and appreciate your comments.
I am very pleased with all the carers that come they do an excellent job.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Everlife. Our staff work hard to provide the best service possible and we will share your kind comments with them.
I cannot praise Everlife highly enough. Carers treated my mother with kindness and compassion. They often went above and beyond being there for her when we could not. In addition, they were 100% reliable and responsive. If you have a loved one who needs care, then this is the care company for you!
MY father-in-law has received care from Everlife for some months now. The main carers are excellent. My father-in-law looks forward to their visits every week. One carer, in particular, is very proactive and works very hard to provide the care that my father-in-law needs and we trust her implicitly. The other main carer is a very kind and gentle character with a great sense of humour, which is exactly what my father-in-law needs. A very professional service from both. Thank you.
We are pleased with the service Everlife provide. We also like having the same lady to help my husband throughout the week, with just a different one at weekends. He wouldn't like a trail of different people in every day.
This company has been very helpful in many ways. A supervisor visits on a regular basis to make sure that she is happy and that the care workers are performing their duties correctly, she is informed of who will be visiting each week. They have been very helpful with regards to payments for which I cannot fault in any way.
I have found all the carers to be very respectful and caring. They do what needs doing efficiently. They have always been punctual. This is by far the best organised and most eager to please staff. This is from someone who has used caring services for several years when my elderly and infirm mother was living with us.
Very good. Do everything I ask them to do.
The care workers that have been sent have all been extremely kind to me and my husband. I cannot thank them all enough. Very professional in appearance. I would say a cut above, so thank you so much.
Excellent carers. Will do anything I ask them to do. All staff are very good.
Carewatch tailored a package but were able to offer flexibility at a time of crisis. This ability to support our family at a time of need really demonstrated to us that they were the correct provision selected.
The management approach of Carewatch to ourselves allowed for honest and open communication which meant we felt supported and heard.
The practicalities of care for my father-in-law was done with respect and dignity. The care workers themselves were open and welcomed an open dialogue in how best to care for my father-in-law which meant he transitioned to strangers supporting his personal care with sensitivity and kindness, and no anxiety was experienced by him.
In addition, the care workers took the time to develop a working relationship with my mother-in-law and were considerate to her needs and how their presence within her private home might have been impacting on her as she continues to experience ill health.
All in all, if you have a family member whom you need the support for, I would not hesitate to recommend Carewatch.
All helpers very kind and helpful.
My dad(with Alzheimer's) and my mum (due to have a hip replacement operation) were booked in to stay for three weeks of respite and post-op care at a lovely residential home, but just four days before the op date, the residential home has to suddenly cancel all new admissions! Alternative respite accommodation at short notice and current circumstances was just not available and panic set in...
However, having only recently started some ongoing morning care for my dad, the lovely Carewatch (Noth West Wilshire) team truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help overcome this emergency situation and raffled their staff who stepped forward to do extra shifts to provide extra care for my dad morning and evening whilst Mum was in the hospital, then also added extra time for Mum too, whilst she has been recovering form surgery.
Every single member of the Carewatch team has been wonderful, from the staff members who visit and attend to my parents in their home, to the staff who I have spoken to or emailed at the office. Everyone, without exception, has been nothing but considerate, kind, caring, understanding, charming, helpful, happy and efficient in all they do. My parents are really happy and very grateful, as am I. We cannot thank everyone at Carewatch (North West Wiltshire) enough.
Very caring staff who care for both my parents; they are treated with respect even though they can be difficult at times. Mum recently had a fall, which was handled quickly and professionally.
Carewatch have provided care to my mother for about 20-years. Over the last few years when Mom has got progressively got worse with Alzheimer's, the carers have been so caring, considerate and kind beyond words. Making suggestions to help Mom cope with staying in her own home for as long as possible and often doing things over and above what was expected.
My wife is 87 years old and is in full-time residential care diagnosed with vascular dementia. Carewatch are engaged 2 periods each week, totalling 4 hours, to provide extra mental stimulation with shopping visits and companionship. The Carewatch carer's approach is can do - will do - want to. First-class care meeting all expectations.
As I am likely to need another operation in the near future, I look forward to calling on the services of the Carewatch team again.
We have used Carewatch North West Wiltshire to provide care for our daughter for the last thirteen years both as a child and now that she is an adult. We have consistently received a very high level of service from them. The senior team contact us regularly to check that their level of service is as we would expect. The carers our daughter has are always very professional and just as important, very supportive. We would recommend Carewatch North West Wiltshire.
Outstanding service provided at all times. Carers are friendly, thoughtful and extremely caring. Communication is excellent both from the carers and the office. They are always ready to offer help and advice to any difficulties we encounter.
