We find Carewatch services excellent. We started using Carewatch 5 years ago and they have never let us down. The staff are always cheerful and happy to chat and ever willing to help. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs support.
Very impressed with the service and mum likes all the carers too. It works very well and certainly reduces my anxiety and concerns for mum in her own home.
Carewatch have always given fantastic service, support and care to our daughter. Her carer is a very nice lady and my daughter loves her. Long may this continue.
Our family has found the service being provided extremely good, very professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We live 100 miles away and it has given us peace of mind. Having a regular care worker to support him with his Alzheimer's has really helped. We have built up a good relationship with the carer and she is very supportive. We feel this kind of service should be available in all towns. We do not have such a great service in our area.
The care company has never let us down. My husband's carer is excellent. They get on extremely well and she, I believe, enjoys caring for him. She is very thorough and reliable. In my experience, the company management works well. My phone calls are replied to promptly and the office staff is always polite and helpful.
I am happy with the service. All the girls are very professional and very caring.
My review yesterday was very considerate to me and my husband and we will be pleased to talk about his care in the future.
We would definitely recommend our carer. She completely takes over and is happy to do anything we ask of her!
Excellent domestic(cleaning care) permanently.
Very good office staff.
Very good quality permanent carers and vetted "unknowns" (rarely used but good.)
I am very pleased with everything.
The care I am receiving cannot be faulted. All carers are cheerful, willing and on time. There is nothing I am dissatisfied with.
Carewatch (North West Wiltshire) have recently started to visit my mum every morning to assist her live-in carer with the morning routine - hoisting her our of bed, washing and dressing. They have arranged for the same carer to come at the same time at least 5 times a week so everyone gets to know each other well and my mum is less confused as she has been previously with other companies that chop and change carers and times constantly. For the last month, the household runs much more smoothly and things are much calmer in the mornings. This is an enormous relief to her relatives.
My carer is very pleasant and willing to vary her routine and so extra little jobs at my request.
Very pleasant, understanding and accommodating.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The carers met so far are friendly, chatty and work well with mum.
We are very happy with the service provided.
My mother-in-law is always treated with respect and dignity. Communication is outstanding and we are contacted about any concerns immediately.
