We find Carewatch services excellent. We started using Carewatch 5 years ago and they have never let us down. The staff are always cheerful and happy to chat and ever willing to help. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs support.

Carers have been very professional in their work. Understanding my mother's needs and limitations. As I live in L.A., They keep me well informed as needed, similarly, if I have any concerns (I talk to mum every day by phone) then contact them by email or phone and any problems are dealt with promptly.
Very impressed with the service and mum likes all the carers too. It works very well and certainly reduces my anxiety and concerns for mum in her own home.

Our family has found the service being provided extremely good, very professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We live 100 miles away and it has given us peace of mind. Having a regular care worker to support him with his Alzheimer's has really helped. We have built up a good relationship
with the carer and she is very supportive. We feel this kind of service should be available in all towns. We do not have such a great service in our area.

The care company has never let us down. My husband's carer is excellent. They get on extremely well and she, I believe, enjoys caring for him. She is very thorough and reliable. In my experience, the company management works well. My phone calls are replied to promptly and the office staff is always
polite and helpful.

Carewatch (North West Wiltshire) have recently started to visit my mum every morning to assist her live-in carer with the morning routine - hoisting her our of bed, washing and dressing. They have arranged for the same carer to come at the same time at least 5 times a week so everyone gets to know each
other well and my mum is less confused as she has been previously with other companies that chop and change carers and times constantly. For the last month, the household runs much more smoothly and things are much calmer in the mornings. This is an enormous relief to her relatives.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.2 (9.208) out of 10 for Everlife (Wiltshire) is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.3 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.958 for Everlife (Wiltshire) is calculated as follows: ( (23 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 24 Ratings = 4.958
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Everlife (Wiltshire) is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
