Agrade Community Care Services Reviews (8)
Over all time Agrade Community Care Services has 8 reviews.
All helpful and pleased to have them. I would class as excellent if the carer used common sense and had time to do a little caring job of help they saw without being asked.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, all comments are taken on board and are used to help improve our services.
When phoning I find the people very helpful and courteous. The staff are always cheerful, obliging and caring towards my husband and they treat him with a great deal of patience, understanding and respect.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to complete this review of our service. It is always important to us at Agrade that we hear from our clients and their relatives to ensure we are providing a service that treats you with care and dignity and meets your needs and expectations.
Overall the service is excellent. The staff are very respectful, polite and kind. All staff are well trained and this is kept up to date. During the pandemic, staff have gone out of their way to ensure their working practices were very safe. The only negative comment I have is that new staff are just introduced without prior knowledge that they are coming to the house. This causes difficulties if they are introduced then never come for weeks. Any issues that have arisen have been sorted out promptly.
Agrade have visited me for nearly two years. They are friendly and professional. The staff treat me with dignity and attend to my needs well. Times are given for appointments and this is always adhered to. During the pandemic, the appropriate PPE is always worn making me feel safe.
Polite, helpful. They appear to be very busy people but try their best.
Agrade provides a satisfactory service via punctuality and general assistance to my condition. Like all organisations, there are isolated situations where the standards are lowered, but this is rare. All personnel are friendly and organised, occupying the time allocated to its fullest extent. Overall, an assessed marking can be stated, ie 8.5 marks out of 10 marks.
Agrade provide services for my 90-year-old mother in her own home. The quality and reliability of these services is very good and the staff involved cheerful and attentive. The service provides help, company and reassurance for my mother, when and where she needs it, as without it she would not be able to live independently. It also gives us peace of mind that she is monitored and prompted to continue her day to day life, with decency and quality.
Thank you for taking the time to send in your thoughts. It is important to us to hear the views and comments from our clients and their families as we are always keen to provide the best possible service.
The most amazing group of carers in this industry. The team went out of their way above and beyond their call of duty to look after my mum, who recently died of Lymphoma. They provided safe, professional and emotional care to Mum even though COVID restrictions had been put in place. On several occasions, Mum needed ambulance assistance after falling several times and the team helped to source emergency care immediately. They fed Mum, helped with bathroom issues and made sure her safety was key to her limited time. I can’t thank you all enough.
Thank you for your kind words Sally and we really appreciate you taking the time to write this review of our care services. It was a pleasure to support and care for your mum and we are proud of the commitment of our staff to provide friendly, sensitive and professional care which made a difference to your mum during this difficult time and hopefully gave you some peace of mind.
