Excellent care, all the ladies are very helpful and lovely to me.

The overall experience is excellent. Initially, we were told that two or three staff would cover our needs. I think we have got to know your total team with many last minute changes, so management could be more efficient.

The staff are always pleasant and polite and always have a friendly and professional manner.

The care that has been given to my father over the last weeks has been excellent. Prompt call times and a very friendly service. Professional through and through.

Over the past 7 weeks of my convalescence after a hip replacement, Audley's team have cared for and supported me superbly. We have now met at least 10 of the team from seniors to just-beginners. They are all individuals - really interesting and delightful people and all have looked after me with kindness, patience, tact and expert support and advice. It never felt rushed. I particularly appreciated how they're encouraged and supported me so I grew in confidence and independence. My husband and I were especially grateful and when at very short notice, they extended care for 3 days as he recovered from a urinary infection. They were very reliable friends.

Carers attended my wife four times a day and became part of our family. Being totally disabled she looked forward to their visits as they were her only social contacts.

From my initial telephone enquiry to the last day of mum's care, Audley have provided a wonderful and faultless service. Visits have been punctual, jobs completed efficiently with mum's well being their priority. Carers, whilst professional in their work, have become mum's friends.

My mother, aged 89, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia in July 2015 and after a few weeks in hospital she was transferred to the Marie Curie hospice. Her express desire was to spend her last few weeks at home. With outstanding support the care from Marie Curie, Audley care and NHS this was a reality. Audley Care provided live in care and my mother had 5 star treatments for her final 2 1/2 weeks. The care and support from the entire team at Audley for both my mother and our family was excellent and we would not have been able to fulfill mother's wishes without them. She was treated with utmost consideration, dignity and love and all of the family will be eternally grateful. I would recommend their care to anyone and everyone.

Audley provides good reliable care for Mum who has advanced Alzheimer's. They carry out the agreed care plan to a very good standard. There is good communication from the office via email or phone contact to help us, informed and also detailed notes written after every visit. The standard of care given by the nurses is very good and they are able to give medication as well which is a great help. Their care enables us to keep Mum in her own home for as long as possible. Mum seems very happy with the care she receives. I would highly recommend Audley Care.
