Responsive and communicative service provided as I am not local to my relative. Service has supported GP and hospital visits along with home visits. Based on site which is very convenient with kind and friendly staff.

Too regimented. Must be in bed by specified time, regardless of what needs to be done beforehand. Otherwise extra charges apply. Depends on person undertaking care. Some are happy to leave when their allotted 15 mins are up. I can carry out my needs perfectly well without falling out of bed, which is all that needs to be checked. Also my husband is there to verify this.

I have always been very satisfied with the level of care and punctuality of the carers. The response to the occasional extra requirement has always been very positive.

Malaya, the Care Manager, and her team are wonderful! My sister receives incredible, support from them which is always given with kindness and good humour. The team are brilliant at communicating with us too, offering compassionate support and advice.

Audley Care Nightingale has been consistently kind and focussed on making my daughter's life easier, more interesting and more cared for. They are always concerned to prevent her getting isolated because of her disability for which I am really grateful.

The carers from Audley Care Ellerslie have provided care for our dad in his own home for a few months and have not only been extremely kind, caring and friendly and very professional whilst caring for him, but also a huge support and help for our Mum on their visits. We have been extremely grateful for the support of the team at Audley.

The staff here are always willing to help when needed, whatever the problem. Staff are extremely friendly and professional and treat me with both dignity and care. In the past, staff have taken me to appointments and waited if necessary. It gives me peace of mind knowing they're just a phone call or knock on the door away.

I have found the service excellent and do not know what I would have done without their help!

Audley Care is vastly superior to another care service I tried.

Audley home care has been a lifesaver for us the last few weeks. My mum wanted to stay at home but needed help making lunches, taking pills. It was a delight to know the lovely team were looking after my mum. They made her home tidy, made sure she had meals, laughed with her and provided a security we can't thank them enough for. My mum loved every single carer who came in, she felt in a safe pair of hands. Thank you Audley home care.

It is always difficult to accept strangers coming into your own home, when you also have to admit that you are not as independent as you think you are and actually need them. The ladies from Audley care have been a welcome addition to my home, giving me the ability to feel that I am still able to be independent whilst facilitating that independence. They're not perfect, but neither am I, and they enable me to continue to be me, while being unobtrusively supportive of my way of life. My visits are generally a welcome oasis in a fairly solitary life and they have all become friends as well as helpers. I've been a client of theirs for over a year now, and while there have been small problems, they've always been dealt with to our mutual satisfaction and I hope we can continue our relationship into the future. I'm happy to have them in my life, and value their visits.

In an unexpected situation, I have recently found myself in, their response was immediate, and the help and care was superb.

I have Parkinsons and i fell and cracked a rib. The Care Manager provided support by organising an emergency visit to the GP where i was able to get pain killers and set up a visit to St Georges for xray - the same day. Very welcome help and urgent attention by the team. Thanks so much.

In my experience the housekeeping assistant is reliable, timely and absolutely brilliant. If something has to be changed I am always given appropriate notice. Working with Inglewood Care is simple, straightforward and helpful. I am delighted that I chose to work with care rather than a private provider.

In general, they are cheerful, happy and kind. They ask if there is anything extra that they can do for me before they leave. 95% of the time, they arrive on time. I'm amazed at how they manage that. I look forward to seeing them every morning and having a little chat!
