Responsive and communicative service provided as I am not local to my relative. Service has supported GP and hospital visits along with home visits. Based on site which is very convenient with kind and friendly staff.
Malaya, the Care Manager, and her team are wonderful! My sister receives incredible, support from them which is always given with kindness and good humour. The team are brilliant at communicating with us too, offering compassionate support and advice.
Audley Care Nightingale has been consistently kind and focussed on making my daughter's life easier, more interesting and more cared for. They are always concerned to prevent her getting isolated because of her disability for which I am really grateful.
Excellent. Everyone very pleasant, helpful and caring.
Great!
I have Parkinsons and i fell and cracked a rib. The Care Manager provided support by organising an emergency visit to the GP where i was able to get pain killers and set up a visit to St Georges for xray - the same day. Very welcome help and urgent attention by the team. Thanks so much.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad that our team was able to provide timely support and coordinate urgent care when you needed it. Ensuring prompt attention and assistance is always a priority, and it's rewarding to know that our actions made a difference during a challenging situation.
The staff and care team at Audley have been incredible in helping and supporting my Mother during and since her move there in March. After a recent fall, she has increased her use of the care provision at Audley and the whole team have been wonderful in their professionalism, care, attention and support for my Mother. They are looking after her so well and the Care Branch Manager has been exceptional in making sure my Mother has exactly what she needs at all times, checking in on her, keeping her family in the loop and even fast tracking some medical services through our local GP surgery. My family really are so happy that my Mother is in such a fabulous place.
Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. It is very rewarding to hear that our team has been able to provide consistent support and care for your mother since her move. Ensuring her needs are met promptly and keeping the family informed are key priorities for us, and it's wonderful to know...
My mother moved to the Village eight months ago and has required increasing levels of care, which has not always been easy for her to accept. The staff have handled her with great care and skill, in particular the Head of Care, who's patience and empathy seem to know no limits. It is a really wonderful place.
We are pleased to hear that our team has been able to provide patient and empathetic care for your mother, especially as her needs have changed. It is always our aim to ensure that every care customer feels supported and well cared for, and your words are greatly appreciated.
The Care Branch Manager and her team have provided amazing support for my wife during a very difficult period. The professionalism and friendliness of the care team staff have been exceptional, whilst the Manager herself has gone out of her way to support my wife. The most recent example being that she ensured the cooperation of the local GP service to arrange an incredibly prompt appointment for an X-ray and hence subsequent plaster for my wife's dislocated wrist. The Manager has also arranged regular care visits to ensure my wife has all the support she needs whilst family members are on holiday. I, and my whole family, cannot thank the Manager and her care team enough for all they do to support my wife and the friendly manner in which they do so.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It is wonderful to hear that the Care Branch Manager and her team were able to provide such attentive and responsive support for your wife during a challenging period. Coordinating timely medical care and arranging ongoing support are key...
Can thoroughly recommend the Care Team and when I become old and need care I would be delighted to be in their care.
It is wonderful to hear that the Care Team at Audley Nightingale Place has been able to provide support and assistance in a variety of circumstances. Ensuring that every request is handled with professionalism, kindness, and attention is very important to us, and we greatly appreciate your recommendation.
I had reason to contact the Care Department recently and the name says it all. The team is caring and well versed in looking after the residents with many problems - mental and physical
Ensuring that every care customer receives attentive and appropriate care is very important to us, and your comments are greatly appreciated.
My 86-year-old mother and 95-year-old father had a wonderful five years at Audley Nightingale Place. As their health declined, the Audley care team supported them with kindness, respect, and professionalism. In my mother's final weeks with stage four cancer, the night staff comforted her during moments of fear and pain. When my parents fell, the team responded promptly, lifting them with care and good humour, preserving their dignity. Living abroad, I was grateful for the team's reliability. The front reception also played a key role, discreetly monitoring their well-being. As our parents approached the end of life, the Audley team supported not only them but also us, their children. We're deeply thankful for the compassionate care they provided, and we wholeheartedly commend Audley Care Nightingale.
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful tribute. We are deeply touched by your kind words and pleased that our team could provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care for your parents over the years. Supporting both owners and their families through challenging times is a responsibility...
My mother, who is aged 95 and has dementia, attends the Audley Care Nightingale village three mornings a week and has a one-to-one carer assigned to her. Every aspect of her time there is carefully considered by the team so as to ensure that she gets the most from her visits. From the moment she walks through the door she is welcomed like a family member. The rota is organised to ensure continuity of personnel (so important for someone with dementia). Much thought goes into the activities in which she engages, having regard to her physical and cognitive impairments. Recently we were sent a video of our mother engaging in a game of table tennis! She was so obviously loving it and it was the perfect illustration of the determined efforts of the care team to continue to engage her in suitable activities in circumstances where many others would simply leave her sitting in a chair. As a family we would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for care for an older relative.
Following hip surgery, I required some care with showering etc in the large disabled shower room in the basement. In the beginning, they delivered my evening meals to me in my apartment, dead on time. The rotas were kept on time always. Most of the carers were cheerful, efficient and helpful to me whilst I required some help. One lady was very good with sorting out the rotas. They were all very helpful for me to get back on my feet as normal!
After feeling concerned about whether my aunt was receiving sufficient care last year, we have worked with the team to review the situation over the last couple of months. The Audley care team have really stepped up, in particular in supporting my aunt and us when she went into hospital recently. It was a lifeline to have them oversee her return home and to ensure continuation of care and we are really grateful for this and for continuing to oversee her needs.
The carers were very helpful and caring.
The team at Audley Nightingale have always provided my stepmother with professional and considerate personal care whenever she has needed it, whilst respecting her dignity and independence. They have also been proactive in helping to identify areas of need and suggesting solutions before problems arise.
The Audley carers looked after me following surgery for a total hip replacement. As I live alone their care and attention were invaluable. I could not have coped without them. They prepared meals and took care of the housekeeping.
The Care Manager has been very responsive to my husband's needs and has worked with me to identify members of her team who best match his personality and support him most effectively, which can be quite challenging given the significant fluctuations in his condition.
Staff have been calmly competent in delivering both personal and companionship care while getting to know him and encouraging him to do as much as he can.
There were a few early communication issues that were rapidly resolved and as a carer, I too now feel well supported by the Audley Team.
My husband is a resident and suffers from Parkinson's disease and dementia. He has been very well cared for. Most of the staff are very kind, helpful and efficient. I would like to have named one particular carer who has been quite outstanding but as I am not allowed to mention names in this review, I can't do this.
