I am happy with my carers!

In general, they are cheerful, happy and kind. They ask if there is anything extra that they can do for me before they leave. 95% of the time, they arrive on time. I'm amazed at how they manage that. I look forward to seeing them every morning and having a little chat!

Overall Experience

My mother (aged 90) has needed an increasing amount of care in the last 18 months and the care team has been nothing short of outstanding in responding to her changing needs. The staff are always helpful, flexible and friendly so she feels comfortable in their company and our family feels confident she is being well cared for at all times.

Overall Experience

Audley looked after both my parents for several years and provided an excellent level of care and support for them, enabling them to live relatively independently for much longer than we expected. The carers were always kind, thoughtful, took time to get to know them and understand their needs, and earned their trust. The ability to increase (and occasionally decrease) the number of daily visits as their care needs changed was very helpful, and we always found the team responsive and quick to flag any issues that arose. The set up at Mote House is fantastic and I'm very grateful for everything Audley did to ensure my parents were safe and able to enjoy the best quality of life possible.

Overall Experience

We did not realise how lacking the care provided to my parents was until we changed care company. We were overcharged significantly for months, when questioning the office team we were repeatedly dismissed. We complained and eventually took our case to the ombudsman. They found Audley to be at fault and they have had to refund us a significant amount. Use this company with absolute caution and check your bills as they are incredibly dishonest.

Overall Experience
Audley has been going in to do home visits for a year now, they have looked after my stepfather with meal preparation and general care. They have all been amazing with him, always cheerful, on time and take time to listen and engage with him and even taking him supermarket shopping when needed.
Communication with Audley has been easy and they have always been responsive to any questions and help that is needed and supported us as a family too.
They have even highlighted to us some issues that we had not been aware of and acted promptly, always taking into consideration my stepfather's requirements.

The care and support from the whole team we have received has been exemplary and I feel we could not have chosen a better care provider.

All of Mum's carers seem to genuinely care for her and have built a good rapport with her over time. They have always tried to make her comfortable and treat her well. They also communicate with us, her family when they need to and are proactive in making sure that her needs are met.

Recently my optician told me that I needed an operation on both my eyes. I made arrangements to have these done at a nearby hospital. I then turned to Audley Care to see if they could provide transport for me to and from the hospital and a chaperon to be with me in the hospital. This they agreed to do. On the days in question all went according to plan and the companionship meant my mind did not dwell on what was to come! I would not hesitate to contact them again if a similar situation arose.

Mum received excellent care from cheerful, respectful and affectionate carers. I could not fault the attention they gave to her physical and emotional needs. They were an enormous support to both my mother and I. All the carers we met were wonderful but I would like to give particular thanks to two members of staff in particular who we met most.

Overall Experience

I've been a client of Audley Care for 5 years. The service I've received has been great. I'm always put at ease when I call the office to check when staff are on their way or if I've had to report something. I've always informed the office for when I will be away on holiday if I'm due support for that week, I feel I've always shown understanding if support cannot come due to an emergency or for any other reason why my support won't happen. The staff have always helped me with housekeeping and always listen to me if I feel I need to express concerns or to share what's on my mind.
