I can never thank the care team enough for the wonderful and genuinely caring support and care they have consistently provided to my mum who has advanced Alzheimer's. The whole family has peace of mind knowing that my parents are in the best possible place they could be for Mum's care needs and support

My home care is excellent. All carers show great understanding and are very aware of my needs, helping me with my medication, taking me for exercise, both walking and going to classes. Helping me get dressed has been useful as I hurt my shoulder, although am now capable of doing this myself.

My husband has Dementia and has been cared for by the excellent care team at Cooper's Hill. They have been wonderful with him and I can't praise them highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will do chores over and beyond their duties. Their kindness has allowed me to cope with a
very difficult situation.

Always cheerful and polite, ready to help with day-to-day living as well as any problem or hiccup thrown their way. From the sublime to the ridiculous. From one end of the spectrum to the other.
