In the past, staff have taken me to appointments and waited if necessary. It gives me peace of mind knowing they're just a phone call or

The care I have received has been kind and helpful, delivered with a smile and has encouraged me to I've at home since the death of my wife rather than go into a care home. My criticism is having to give two weeks notice of any change in the timetable. Situations arise where I could be away from home
unexpectedly - I know timetables can be difficult.
Why do carers put much more water to boil in the kettle that is needed for one drink?
Audley Care is vastly superior to another care service I tried.

From the moment I met Anna, one of the senior carers, I was struck by her professionalism and considerate approach to caring. Each and every member of staff was kind, patient, respectful, extremely thoughtful and to be perfectly honest OUTSTANDING! Nothing was too much trouble. My mother was looked
after with love and sensitivity. We were so grateful for your amazing care and will definitely be using you again when my mother comes to stay at Christmas. I really didn't think care could be this good. Thank you so much Anna and all your lovely ladies.

I had been caring for my elderly father for a few years, when he became bedbound in 2024, after which I was unable to provide personal care solely on my own, and had to enlist the help of a care company. I was advised via a friend, that Audley Care were extremely good (the friend had tried various
different companies, before settling on Audley). My father didn't really want "outside" carers but all the staff from Audley went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and at ease with the personal care that they gave him. I really couldn't fault them, they were all kind and caring, arriving promptly and acting in an efficient and professional manner. As my father's health declined, they were a great support to me and the rest of the family too. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing help in their own home. I had no qualms at leaving them in the bungalow, with my father, on the few occasions when I had to pop out. The whole team were really kind and caring. Thank you

We first asked Audley to help provide personal care for my father in 2020, and they have continued to provide companionship care for my mother. All staff are lovely, kind and caring and have consistently provided excellent care ans support. I'm so glad we chose Audley to provide this care.

The carers themselves are very high quality, well trained and very helpful, kind and efficient.

After a road bike accident, I needed some help with showering and dressing. Over a period of three weeks, I had four different carers visit me each morning. They were all punctual. All the carers without exception were unfailingly courteous, cheerful and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

My mum has been living on her own for eighteen months since my brother passed away. She thinks she is fully independent and is very reluctant to accept any help from carers although it is clear that she is now not able to do everything that she used to do. My sister and I were very apprehensive about
carers coming in to see Mum!
The staff at Audley have been exceptional. They fully understand Mum's situation and have been so kind and gentle while looking after her brilliantly. They have been able to achieve a lot in the thirty minutes a day and it is so reassuring that someone is going to see Mum as any problems are flagged up to us immediately.
Apart from that, the staff have been able to offer us advice and guidance on things that my sister and I have little knowledge of. They really have been incredibly helpful and reassuring.
I would fully recommend Audley for care support. It has changed my life knowing that the responsibility of looking after Mum is not entirely on my sister and I.

We arranged for the Audley Care ladies to come to our mum's and provide support for her and us.
They have been amazing. We have regular updates along with a rota so we know who’s popping in. They have accommodated Mum's best visit times and we can review what they do during their time with her. All
the ladies are pleasant and chat with Mum during their visit.

My dad was living alone for a year and a half after my mother died. With his dementia, he needed a lot of care and he was having 6 visits a day from Audley care staff. They were fantastic with him. It was clear that they did actually care - it wasn't just a job title. Really nice people, without exception,
and always happy to go beyond the call of duty. I'm very grateful to them all for what they did for dad.
