Caremark has provided my mum with excellent care over many years. Especially after two falls she had recently. The carers who were there were very supportive and professional and did everything they could to help my mum and myself during a very traumatic time.
Thank you so much for the kind words; we really appreciate it.
The care from the carers has been very good. They are kind and caring and cope well with a difficult client. The care supervisor has been brilliant supporting our needs and requirements. She is caring and professional and always gets back to us if there is a problem.
On the whole a great service, 90% of the carers are amazing. Sometimes coordination and timings of the carers turning up is off but can be overlooked due to the amazing army of carers they have. My biggest issue though is one of the regular carers is over-familiar and doesn't respect privacy. You do not expect to hear personal details relaid back to you from the locals. Care should be professional and not about gossip. The person being cared for is highly private. Very sad that this carer can do as he pleases without any accountability. As I say, very good service overall but we do have an issue with a particular carer that has been touched on subtly in the past yet nothing has been done about it. I would still recommend this service to friends.
Hi Dave, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you had with one of our care workers. Even though you may feel nothing has been done regarding this matter, I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that it will have been dealt with according to our policies and procedures. However, if you...
The carers provide excellent care at all times and are very supportive. The staff are always happy to help.
Both staff on the rounds and back in the office are superb.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe).
Thank you for your response, it is always helpful to get feedback to continue to improve the lives of our clients and their families.
The carers who look after my mother are excellent. They treat her with great respect and kindness. We are very grateful for the great care she receives.
I have a carer of mine that works in the office who I can call if I ever need anything.
They attend morning and evening and we are about to increase the visits by adding one mid-afternoon. That has made my brother very happy in that he is now able to go swimming and Caremark have facilitated his trip to the pool.
Thank you.
Thank you very much for your honest review. We are pleased that we can help your brother do the activities that he wishes to do.
Absolutely amazing for me and my family!
Caremark Aylesbury have been caring for my family for the past 6 months and has truly been a life changer.
With my partner being severally disabled, I thought I would of had to leave my job to provide care for my family but Caremark managed to provide me with a custom flexible package that met both mine, my partners and most importantly my children's needs.
The carers are a treat, always happy, always providing quality care and provides companionship for my wife when i'm not around. I have regular carers so causes little interruption to my family which is great that my children are not exposed to loads of new people.
Thank you for your services and I hope this review brings you great pleasure to read.
