If i could give a zero star i would. My dad was unresponsive and on his own, and the carers just left him without calling 999 or contacting the office. I was called but I could not get to my dad's at that time. In the past drinks have been forgotten , they are unable to make a sandwich buttering the bread on the outside. My dad is bedbound so unable to do anything for himself, stay away from this company

My experience is "curate's egg". Wednesday to Saturday I have an excellent morning service from Celestina. Sundays i have a good service from Mercy. Monday's service has only recently stabilised and improved. Tuesday morning service has gone downhill. I have had 3 different carers in as many months. For 2 weeks running the new carer has arrived late, 10.45 am in the last instance.Office colleagues had not communicated to her my requirements for a morning call by a certain time to enable me to go out to French conversation or to a local gym. Problems with Monday's and Tuesday's service originally started a year ago with the departure of the previous carer on maternity leave. It seems P4C agency is not able to organise a 7 day high quality service.

I cannot recommend Passion 4 Care enough; they are rightly named as they clearly have a 'passion for care!'
Every member of the team, from the management team to the caring staff have been nothing short of superb!
My late father was attened to by three teams of two carers, four time daily; the care and compassion shown has been exemplary - enabling my father to remain where he wanted to be during his final months; at home, feeling loved, safe and comfortable.
The dedication, kindness and compassion shown to my father meant that his time under the expert care of Passion 4 Care enabled him to live with dignity.
Times like the last 18 months are not only about the client, they are about their family and loved ones too.

The team has most definately eased my burden and lightened my load; meaning that I could continue to work and carry out the essential parts of my daily life, knowing that my father was being supported and that I could place my faith and trust in Passion 4 Care!

Overall Experience

We are very grateful for the care given to our mother in her home by Passion 4 Care in the 18 months before she required continuous care. In addition to the various practical tasks carried out on a daily basis, Mum enjoyed the friendliness of her team of carers and looked forward to seeing them, particularly when family could not visit. Their conversation brightened up her days and she loved to share a laugh and joke with them. The carers were able to be flexible in their support according to my mother's strength and physical ability levels and were particularly kind when mum was very unwell and needing extra care. A very big thank-you to the whole carer team.

Passion 4 Care have treated me with respect and dignity. The ladies (carers) are very good and the main office have always been there for me. I have been with the Passion 4 Care office for just over one year and I am very satisfied with their arrangements and procedures. All I can say to them is 'thank you'.

I have found your staff very friendly, compassionate, professional and always happy to help - sometimes above and beyond their job, nothing is too much trouble for them and I would highly recommend your care. I am the wife of the person who is cared for and it's also nice to keep the same teams.

Overall Experience
As a family, we have received excellent care for our dad from the carers. We find it difficult to put into words the positive impact these ladies have had on us as a family at the worst time of our lives.
They were compassionate and caring beyond all expectations, dad loved seeing them throughout the day.
They both went above and beyond, putting us at ease and providing emotional support to us all. They are wonderful human beings.

The only negative would be an abrupt, uncaring, shouty phone call from a care coordinator questioning our decision-making.

Hi this is the client's partner, I cannot thank you enough for sending two permanent carers in particular back to help him after having a dreadful accident and we were both overwhelmed and wasn't sure how I could clean him up properly, so can I pass my thanks onto those two particular members of staff, they are a credit to the profession and need more people like them, with their compassion, care and support, not only for my partner, but for me and also this was an extra call they made above and beyond my partner's package.
So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Overall Experience

The carers were very good at looking after my dad. They were able to lift him using equipment that he had, which another care company couldn't do. The company were always available 24-7 too. Very polite, caring staff, who helped my dad in his last weeks of life. Many thanks.

Overall Experience

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Passion 4 Care. We get the same regular girls who keep to their times, and they are friendly and liked by my mother. We have been using Passion 4 Care for over two years now and, hopefully, will continue to do so.
