They go above and beyond and always do what is asked of them. They are respectful and friendly to her and she likes everyone of them. My mum is very happy with the care she is receiving.

The carers were punctual and always happy! They completed the routine tasks with care, gentleness and understanding. They were happy to do occasional tasks outside their remit such as delivering samples to the surgery or pulling rubbish out.

My Mums group of carers are all lovely, friendly, and make her laugh every day. My Mum is 90, has parkinsons and lewy body dementia. Some days are good some days are bad and she can get get very upset and confused. They always take the time to chat with her and try to lift her spirits . They turn up with a smile and always let me know if anything is wrong or if they've noticed a change in Mum. I would highly reccomend them.

Bluebird Care provide live-in care for my mother and they have consistently provided thoughtful, caring and supportive care for her. This has allowed my mother to remain in her own home with reduced mobility and cognitive ability.

Bluebird Care have been looking after a friend of mine for sometime now, due to medical needs & hospital stays needed extra support. As I live a distance away from her they kept me informed daily contacting me with updates, medical needs & acting to resolve any domestic problems. Not hesitating to ring me when an ambulance was needed. I have experienced very kind, caring & being very supportive to my friend keeping her comfortable, well fed, listening or engaging in conversation as she lives on her own. Mum has had Bluebird Care for a few years now. She is very happy with their care. She has built up good relationships with her main carers. They chat with her and enable her to stay in her own home with much-reduced mobility. The office is easy to contact and quickly acts if there are any issues including contacting doctors to get medication to her. Even collecting it themselves sometimes.

With dementia that means the same ones to keep it familiar to her. The ladies at Bluebird are professional, friendly and reliable. Everything you need in a good provider of home care. We have only recently moved my mother-in-law into a care home but still the ladies visit her. This is above and beyond and says how wonderful they all are.

Excellent service from Bluebird Care, carers are very dedicated, sit and chat with Dad and let us know if anything is amiss, great peace of mind for us so can't thank them enough, a big thank you. Carry on with your excellent work.

There were a couple of little concerns when they started but management sorted them out very quickly.

We have used many care companies over the years and yes it's only been a week but the communications, the care and support have been just amazing. I was very nervous about my aunt being home again after a long stay in a care home but they made everything so much less stressful and kept me up to date on everything. Would highly recommend.

As a first time user of a service like this, and needing to start using the service during a difficult time for my family - not to mention during a global pandemic - I can't thank the manager and her team enough for the care and compassion they have shown us. From the initial advice to setting up the companion care service to advising on things like applying for a disabled parking badge (received in record time thanks to the advice on how best to complete the application form), the help was friendly, practical and extremely empathetic.
