Having had a week's care recently while my daughter was away on holiday and because I live on my own, I found the carer who came each day of that week was very pleasant and nice to chat to. We did not do any work but she made me coffee and it made a pleasant change during the morning. I have no complaints and enjoyed the experience.
Thank you for your kind review, we are grateful you took the time to write it.
Everyone in Bluebird have been professional, reliable and helpful in all areas relating to the care of my mother. They are friendly and have time to chat, which makes all the difference.
Thank you for your kind words, we really appreciate you taking the time to write this review.
Staff are cheerful and caring. They warm me up! They allow me to do for myself what I can which I prefer, it allows me a medium of dignity, but I feel cared for. Always cheerful in spite of long hours.
Thank you for your great review; we appreciate you taking the time to write this.
Bluebird Care has always been fantastic in caring for my parents. However, during the pandemic, we honestly could not have managed without them. They turned an extremely frightening and difficult time around. They managed to support not only my parents but myself (who was shielding 100 miles away and extremely worried and totally helpless). Bluebird Care is reliable, caring, professional, discrete, and proactive. After years of fighting against getting carers to help, my parents actually look forward to their visits. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care to friends and family.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so pleased we can help in these difficult times.
The staff is very helpful. If I have a problem with anything, one phone call and they sort it. Very pleased with the results.
Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate it.
The manager of Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers very quickly assessed my mother's caring needs and helped us to develop a Care Programme which was quickly implemented. From the outset the carers have always been friendly and understanding of my mother's needs and limitations, performing their duties in a very professional, dedicated and caring manner. Mother looks forward to their visits and conversation, which stimulates her mind/helps her get through the day. Excellent service is being provided by all personnel at Bluebird and I would not hesitate to recommend this care provider.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are delighted to hear you are happy with the care we are providing and also our office staff. We will, as always, pass on your compliments.
Gentle, professional carers. Efficient problem solvers, working alongside GP and other support. Excellent communicators, client-centred care. Outstanding team orientated approach. Couldn't fault any aspect of the care!
Thank you for your review; we really appreciate it.
The service received was first-class, my mothers permanent carer (live-in) was fantastic, kind, patient and fun. The manager was always available, flexible, responsive and understanding and gave great advice as well as being very supportive to all of us. Nothing was too much trouble. She made our lives so much easier, I can't recommend her highly enough.
Thank you very much for your review and kind words.
Generally satisfactory assistance and presence. However, preparation of meals was timed appropriately although cooking appeared to be a problem - consisted mostly of fruit and salad. All in all ok but not for long term.
Thank you for your feedback. I understand from the manager that this was an emergency short term package of care. We appreciate your response.
Have used Bluebird Care for over 10 years. Very good service always. I have been paying privately all this time. Staff and management are generally lovely and any concerns I might have are always addressed promptly.
Thank you very much for your kind words, from all of us at Bluebird Care.
